Tashkent, February 16, 2026. From the launch of its first base station in Samarkand in 1996 to serving more than 10.9 million subscribers across Uzbekistan today, the company has followed a path of sustainable development and technological growth, earning the trust of millions of users. In this anniversary year, Ucell expresses its gratitude to its most dedicated customers who have remained with the brand for decades, having chosen the operator’s mobile services since its earliest years.
Meeting with the Most Loyal Customers
On February 16, a ceremonial meeting was held at the central Ucell sales office with 30 of the company’s most loyal subscribers - among the operator’s very first customers. The event took place in a warm and festive atmosphere, where guests shared personal stories connected with Ucell and memories of many years of cooperation.
As a token of appreciation for their trust and loyalty, the company presented each participant with an iPhone 17 Pro smartphone, as well as the company’s premium tariff plan for one year. The gifts became a symbol of gratitude for the years spent together.
Andrey Shishkovsky, CEO of Ucell:
| “Thirty years for Ucell is first and foremost a story of trust. The trust of millions of people who, for decades, have chosen Ucell’s network for the most important moments of their lives. We sincerely thank every subscriber for their loyalty to the brand. Gifts for Subscribers Across the Country
In addition, more than one and a half thousand loyal Ucell subscribers across the country will receive a full year of free internet access as a gift, allowing them to share emotions and enjoy digital opportunities without limitations.
