In 2026, Ucell celebrates 30 years of operating in the telecommunications market of Uzbekistan. As part of its anniversary year, Ucell continues to expand its popular BOR tariff line and introduces the new BOR 90 tariff plan, offering even more mobile internet and additional benefits for active users.
180 GB of mobile internet traffic for only UZS 90,000 per month. This amount of traffic allows subscribers to freely use the internet for watching videos, chatting in messengers, working online, and entertainment without unnecessary limitations.
The BOR 90 tariff plan includes:
· 180 GB of internet traffic
· Unlimited calls within Uzbekistan
· 2,000 SMS within Uzbekistan
· Unlimited night-time internet (from 01:00 to 07:00)
· Unlimited weekend internet (Saturday and Sunday)
· 2 GB of roaming internet in CIS countries

The new BOR 90 tariff plan is available only for new connections and can be activated at Ucell’s own offices and dealer sales points.
The launch of this anniversary tariff is symbolic: in 2026, Ucell received five international awards from the independent analytical companies Opensignal and Ookla, confirming the operator’s leadership in mobile network speed and quality in Uzbekistan. Among them are the Fastest Mobile Network, Best Mobile Network, Most Consistent Network Quality, and The Most Reliable Network awards.
