“Sof Start” tariff is available for connections

The “Sof Start” tariff plan is available for connections in Ucell offices until April 30, 2025 (inclusive).

Connection to the tariff is carried out upon provision of an identity document and one of the following documents:

· Pension certificate;

· Document confirming the limited possibilities of health (disability);

· Certificate of participation in military operations in Afghanistan (1979-1989);

· Special certificate of a war veteran of 1941-1945.
