Replacing a SIM card
If you have lost your SIM card or it is damaged, Ucell provides the “SIM card replacement” service. The “SIM card replacement” service is carried out at the Corporate Customer Service Department of Ucell upon written request from corporate clients.
The cost of the service -10 000 UZS with VAT
The cost of the service for replacing a “SIM card” with an “eSIM” and replacing an “eSIM” with an “eSIM” for current subscribers is -20 000 UZS with VAT
To replace a SIM card, a Postpaid subscriber must have the original of one of the following documents:
- ID card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan; o Passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- New national driver's license;
- Old-style driver's license; o Officer's ID; o Military ID;
- Foreign passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan; o Student ID;
- Pensioner's ID;
- Identification of employees of state enterprises, organizations and departments;
- Ma'lumotnoma/Certificate - form No. 9, issued by the internal affairs authorities in case of loss of a passport, with a photograph, on the reverse side of which a permanent or temporary registration stamp is affixed;
- Accreditation card (for employees of diplomatic missions);
- Passport of a foreign person;
- Residence permit for foreigners.
