The “Number change” service
The “Number change” service allows you to replace your existing Ucell number with any available Ucell number without changing your current SIM card.
- The subscriber can activate the service by sending the appropriate activation letter indicating a valid email address, or by contacting the Corporate client service Department of the nearest Company`s office;
- Service cost – 15000 UZS;
- Aside from the connection day, the service can be used without restrictions;
- When changing a number, all conditions that were in force for the previous number remain unchanged on the new number.
Attention!
- The cost of the selected new paid category number is paid in full. The previously paid cost of the replaced paid number is non-refundable;
- When activating the “Number freeze” service, the “Number change” service is not available;
- The “Huawei Nova Y70” promotion, the “Special Number” service, “Communication services bundled with smartphones” and “Beautiful numbers with discount” are not available as part of the “Number change” service. The service is not available in the mobile application and Personal Account. Viewing the history of services used for the replaced number will not be available in the mobile application and Personal Account;
- Prices include VAT.
Restrictions for changing your number:
- The service is not available with a negative balance;
- The service is not available if there is a debt on services (“Promised payment”, “Deferred payment” and others).
