Disabling services

The service is controlled by USSD-request *350#.

• *352*1# - disabling infotainment services (DJ, content services)
• *352*2# - disabling all Ucell services and disabling each service separately
• *352*3# - disabling all services, including infotainment (DJ, content services)
• *352*4# - short information about the service.

Attention!
Individuals of the Company with the types of categories Individual and Corporate VIP can use the service in full. For all other account categories, you can only disable infotainment services.

Exceptions and specialties in the services:

When services are disabled, all accumulated megabytes within the Daily Internet packages, Calendar Internet packages, Monthly Internet packages, and Gigamania internet packages will not be reset, and the packages themselves will be deactivated.

If you disable the service, all accumulated SMS messages within the service Daily SMS packages and Monthly SMS packages are not reset, and the packages themselves will be deactivated.

Auto-renew in the framework of the following services will be turned off: "Daily Internet packages", "Monthly Internet-packages", "Calendar Internet packages, Gigamania internet packages ", "Daily SMS packages" and "Monthly SMS packages".

If you disable content services, the connection to SMS notification remain active.
