Packages are provided for all destinations for a period of 30 days.
Prices include VAT.
- Packages are available for Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers.
- Activation of packages is only available in active status and if there are sufficient funds in the account.
- Balance checking and package management are carried out via USSD: *150#
- Subscribers of the Prepaid system and Corporate clients of the Corporate VIP, Individual and Businessman categories of the Postpaid system can activate and manage packages via the USSD command *150#
- Subscribers and clients of the business segment, to activate packages, must contact the Company’s business segment customer service department in writing form.
- Make sure the package is assigned successfully using USSD *150#. If the package is not activated, tariffs for international calls will be carried out according to the established tariffs for international calls. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for services provided.
- Packages are assigned for 30 days from the moment of connection without auto-renewal. After the deadline expires, the remaining minutes will be reset to zero.
- Upon expiration of the limit within the packages, tariffs for international calls will be carried out according to the established tariffs for international calls.
- When re-activating the package within 30 days, if the subscriber has active packages for international calls, the balance of the unspent limit is summed up, the package period is extended by 30 days from the date of activation..
- The quota for charged information is rounded up to 1 minute if minutes are available within the packages.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
