Free “Temporary Blocking” service allow to block your number for 5 days.
If your phone is lost or stolen, you can immediately contact with Ucell Corporate call center (8111, +998 93 184 09 00) and use “Temporary Blocking” service for free, which allow to block your number for 5 days.
When you contact with the operator of Call Center, you need to pronounce your number (which was lost), initials, date of birth, passport details and address of registration.
The service is available for individuals of the Postpaid system with the following contract types:
Upon successful identification, your number will be temporarily blocked for 5 days (during this period subscription fee for the tariff and previously activated services will not be charged). Within 5 days, you must contact the nearest corporate service office of the Company with the original passport to restore the lost SIM card. Operator of office will unlock your number and help to replace the SIM-card.
If you incorrectly said data on at least one of the above items (number, initials, date of birth, passport details, address of registration) for the successful identification via Call-center or mentioned new passport details, and the Company's database is still stored the old data (for example, due to the fact that you have changed the passport, but have not notified the Company in due time), you need to come to one of corporate service office of the Company with the original passport.
If a subscriber’s number was temporarily blocked with a positive balance, after 5 days it will be automatically transferred to the active status. If the subscriber’s number was temporarily blocked with a negative balance, after 5 days it will automatically be transferred to the blocked status. To switch the subscriber’s number to active status, the subscriber will need to refill the balance.
