Unlimited Internet in roaming 2.0

1. Please note that from November 26, 2025, when you activate the “Unlimited Internet in Roaming 2.0” service, if you do not have an active roaming service or the “Roaming without border countries” service is active, you will automatically be assigned the “Worldwide roaming” service by default.
2. Subscribers of the Prepaid system and clients of the Corporate VIP, Individual and Businessman categories must dial the USSD request *155*2# to activate the service, or contact the Company's office and fill out the appropriate application to activate the service. Prepaid subscribers can also activate the service in the Ucell mobile application.
3. Corporate clients of the business segment of the Postpaid system must contact the business segment subscriber service department in writing to activate the service.
4. For the service to work correctly, if the Internet session is active at the time of activation, you must interrupt the session, connect the service and then resume the session.
5. The service is assigned for 24 hours from the moment of connection with automatic assignment.
6. After 24 hours, the service goes into standby status. When trying to access the Internet, if the subscriber's account has sufficient funds for automatic renewal, the system will charge the subscription fee and the service will be activated for the next 24 hours. The standby status is valid until the end of the current day until 23:59:59 Tashkent time (GMT +5).
7. Important: auto-renewal works when using the Internet only in roaming.
8. If there are insufficient funds on the account at the time of automatic renewal, the service will not be activated and will be disabled. Further, the Internet in roaming will be charged in accordance with the zonal roaming tariffs.
9. Please note that the service will only be available in the specified networks. In the networks of other operators, the tariff for the Internet in roaming will be carried out according to the zonal tariffication in roaming. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the services rendered.
10. After sending a request to activate the service, you must wait for an SMS message confirming the successful assignment of the service. If you have not received an SMS message, we recommend using the USSD request *155# or the Ucell mobile application to check the activity of the service.
11. When activating the service, if new monthly Internet packages in roaming, the “Always in touch” package with Megafon or M2M packages in roaming are connected, then the active package is deactivated, the limit is reset.
12. The service fee is 60 000 UZS, charged once for one period of service. The service is valid for 24 hours from the moment of activation with the automatic assignment function.
13. Prices include VAT.
