  Deactivate auto-download of images and auto play of videos in the settings of social media apps and messengers;

  Restrict automatic update of applications to Wi-Fi only. For Android users go to Google Play store, for iOS users go to App store;

  Update your phone via Wi-Fi only;

  Restrict automatic synchronization of data to Wi-Fi only.
