How to register in Telegram?

Please make sure you enter your mobile phone number in the international format.
For example: +(country code)(city or operator code)(your number).

Getting a code with a phone call

For security reasons, phone-dictated login codes are only available for accounts that have 2-Step Verification enabled (Settings > Privacy & Security > 2-Step Verification).
Please note that Telegram accounts can only be connected to a mobile number. Landline numbers are not supported currently.

Getting a code via Telegram

If you have recently used one of the Telegram apps on another device (it could be another app on the same device), Telegram may not send the login code via SMS, but via Telegram.
To get such a code, just go to Telegram from any of the connected devices. You will find it in the Telegram chat - a verified profile with a blue checkmark:
