For the convenience of our subscribers, we provide a new “Number Portability” feature that allows you to change your Operator and switch to the Ucell network directly in the Ucell Mobile App, without the need to visit Company offices.
To use this service, you need to install the Ucell Mobile App via the App Store / Play Market.
If the user does not yet have a Ucell number, upon opening the Ucell Mobile App, they should select “Become a Ucell subscriber” → “Port number to Ucell.”
If the user is already a Ucell subscriber and wants to port another Operator’s number to the Ucell network, they should go to the “Settings” section in the Mobile App and select the “Port number” button.
After selecting the number portability service, an informative window will open with important details to consider before starting the porting process.
Once the process begins, the subscriber must choose which type of SIM card to port (physical SIM-card / eSIM).
Important! The service is available daily from 09:00 to 17:00 (until 18:00 in our own offices), except on public holidays established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
