Continuing its series of anniversary events celebrating the Company’s 30th anniversary, Ucell is launching a special campaign called “Find Barsik”.
Campaign period:
July 8 – September 8, 2026
How to participate?
1. Visit one of the participating Ucell sales offices.
2. Activate a new Ucell number (excluding the “Schetchik,” “Kommunal,” and M2M plans).
3. Find Barsik at the sales office.
4. Take a photo or video with Barsik.
5. Post the photo or video on your Instagram page, tagging the official @ucell_uz page and using the hashtag #ucellbarsik.
6. Register your participation with a sales consultant at the sales office.
Each Participant may register only once during the entire duration of the Campaign. At the time the winner is determined, the Participant’s account must be open, active, and belong to a real user.

Winners are determined as participants reach the established registration thresholds:

The number of winners in each round corresponds to the number of prizes available for that round.
Winners are selected at random from among registered participants. Details of the drawing process will be posted on Ucell’s official Instagram page.
Participation in the Campaign is free!
The winners are determined in stages:
• Stage 1 — upon reaching 2,000 registered participants;
• Stage 2 — upon reaching 4,000 registered participants;
• Stage 3 — upon reaching 6,000 registered participants;
• Stage 4 — upon reaching 8,000 registered participants;
• Stage 5 — upon reaching 15,000 registered participants.
