How is the Best Mobile Network nomination determined?
To determine the winners, Ookla® uses a rigorous and transparent methodology based on Speedtest Intelligence® data, which is compiled from millions of user Speedtest® tests conducted across web and mobile platforms. All mobile operators in Uzbekistan are represented in this data, with significant volumes of tests across the country. Based on the results of the second half of 2025:
Ucell's Speed Score was 59.73, placing the company first in mobile internet speed in the country.
Speedtest Connectivity Score - 72,04, the highest figure on the market, allowing Ucell to receive the Best Mobile Network award.

The Best Mobile Network award is given to the operator with the highest Speedtest Connectivity Score, which is calculated based on:
50% - overall speed (Speed Score)
25% - web surfing quality
25% - video streaming quality
