1. Visit any Ucell Sales and Service Office. 2. Submit a written application for contract re-registration. 3. Present a valid identity document. 4. The new owner must also be present in person with a valid identity document. If the subscriber is represented by an authorized representative, a valid power of attorney with the powers required by law, along with identity documents of both the subscriber and the representative, must be provided. Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan permanently residing abroad who do not have a national ID card or driver's license may present their international passport with a permanent consular registration stamp.
