Re-execution of the Contract
In order to assign a phone number to another person, you need to submit a corresponding written request to the company.
For this, you need to visit the Sales and Service Centers of Ucell, located in your city. When visiting the Sales and Service Center with the aim of re-executing the Contract you should have your passport and you will have to fill out a special application to be provided with this service.
Moreover, along with you in the Sales and Service Center, there should be present the person to who the number is being assigned.
If you are a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan permanently residing abroad and do not possess a national ID card or a driver’s license, you may provide a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan containing a stamp confirming permanent consular registration.
Cost of the service – 50 000 sum with a glance of VAT
In case of re-registration of the Agreement to an individual aged 14 to 18 years, it is necessary to provide:
1. Written consent from a parent, adoptive parent or guardian of an individual between the ages of 14 and 18,
2. Documents certifying the identity of an individual aged 14 to 18 years and his/her parent, adoptive parent or guardian who has submitted written consent to re-register the Agreement,
3. A document confirming the relationship between an individual aged 14 to 18 years and his/her parent, adoptive parent or guardian who has submitted written consent to re-register the Agreement (Birth Certificate of an individual aged 14 to 18 years or a document certifying guardianship).
In the case of reissuing the Agreement with a foreign citizen – an individual aged 14 to 18, the following must be provided:
1. A written consent from the parent, adoptive parent, or guardian of the foreign citizen – an individual aged 14 to 18;
2.An identity document of the parent, adoptive parent, or guardian who submitted the written consent;
3.The foreign citizen’s (aged 14 to 18) passport (with an entry stamp to the Republic of Uzbekistan for foreign citizens from visa-free countries, or a valid visa for foreign citizens from countries with a visa regime);
4.A document confirming the relationship between the foreign citizen (aged 14 to 18) and their parent, adoptive parent, or guardian who submitted the written consent for the reissuance of the Agreement (such as the birth certificate of the foreign citizen or a document confirming guardianship).
- a death certificate (original document);
- a document confirming kinship with the deceased (original birth certificate or marriage certificate).
Re-registration of the contract to the Subscriber’s close relatives is carried out without applying the percentage rate established for the number category, upon presentation of:
- a document confirming kinship (original birth certificate or marriage certificate).
Note: When preparing the document package for connection/provision of services, certificates and official documents with a QR code obtained via the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services may also be accepted (residence registration, birth certificate, death certificate, marriage/divorce certificate), allowing verification of the authenticity of the documents via the QR code.

- At the Company's own offices:
During the initial re-registration of the number after activation, if the subscriber has been using the number for more than 2 years, the percentage rate based on the number category is not charged. Only the service fee is charged.
At the Company's own offices, when re-registering the contract to close relatives of the subscriber (father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister), the percentage rate based on the number category is not charged. Only the service fee is charged.
- On the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (My.Gov.uz) / MyGOV mobile application:
During the initial re-registration of the number after activation, if the subscriber has been using the number for more than 2 years, the percentage rate based on the number category is not charged. Only the service fee is charged.
When re-registering the contract to close relatives of the subscriber (father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister), the percentage rate based on the number category is charged in accordance with the table of percentage rates for number categories.
The service fee is charged to the previous owner, and the percentage rate for the number is charged to the new owner.
