“Beautiful number in installment” 2019-2020

1. The service is available with a new connection for Prepaid tariffs.

2. The service is available for activation from July 11, 2019 to October 25, 2020.

3. Connection of beautiful numbers within this service is possible at dealers sales points and at Company’s offices.

4. When connecting a beautiful number within the service, the price and the rules for connecting to Ucell network correspond to the current rules for this period.

5. When connecting the service, subscribers can choose any open tariff plan. When activating “Beautiful number in installment” service, the full cost of the chosen category of beautiful number will not be charged from the subscriber’s balance, the subscriber pays a monthly fee for “Beautiful number in installment” service in accordance with the conditions of the service.

6. Following categories of beautiful numbers participate within the service: from Bronze to Privilege+.

7. For the subscribers who have connected beautiful numbers within “Re-execution of the Contract” and “Number freeze” services are not available. After fulfilling the conditions of this service, the above services become available.

8. Cost and terms of monthly fees within “Beautiful number in installment” service:

10. Each monthly fee for “Beautiful number in installment” service is counted as payment for 1 month. In order to fulfill the conditions of the service, the monthly fee for “Beautiful number in installment” service must be charged for 12 times from the subscriber’s balance.

11. The monthly fee for “Beautiful number in installments” service will be debited once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly fee for the service. The date of debiting the next service fee will be the date of the last successful debiting for the service. For example, if the monthly fee was debited on the 24th, then the next monthly fee will be debited on the 24th of the next month. If the monthly fee was debited on the 31st, and the next month is 30 days, then the next monthly fee will be debited on the 30th, or on the 28/29 of February.

12. If at the time of charging the service fee for “Beautiful number in installment” service there is less money than the monthly service fee on the balance, then the monthly fee is charged once in full, the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the subscriber number swaps to blocked status.

13. Charging the monthly fee on “Beautiful number in installment” service:
13.1 The monthly fee for the “Beautiful number in installments” service is charged monthly from 00:00 to 08:00 (the charge-off time is not fixed). To charge the monthly fee, the subscriber must be in active status.
13.2 If at the time of charging the monthly fee the subscriber`s number is in blocked status, then the monthly fee will not be charged, the monthly fee will be debited IMMEDIATELY after the subscriber number switches to active status. Further, the monthly fee will be charged according to the new monthly period of the subscriber, i.e. the subsequent debiting of the subscription fee for the service will take place within 1 month from the date of the last successful debiting of the monthly fee for the service.
13.3 On “Mood” and Active tariff lines (except for subscribers of “Super mood” tariff plan), as well as for subscribers with activated Restart service, the monthly fee for “Beautiful number in installment” service can be charged immediately if the subscriber number was in the blocked status and after refilling, the balance becomes equal to or greater than the monthly subscription fee of the subscriber’s tariff plan.
13.4 On “Mood” and Active tariff lines (except for “Super mood” tariff plan and with non-active Restart service), if a monthly subscription fee has not been charged from the subscriber’s balance within 15 days from the beginning of the monthly period according to the tariff: service fee for “Beautiful number in installment” service can be charged immediately if the subscriber refills his balance with two or more payments and transfers to active status.
13.5 On “Happy 25+” tariff plan, the monthly fee for “Beautiful number in installment” service can be charged first of all, before the tariff charging (during the first 16 days of the monthly period according to the tariff), in case the subscriber number is transferred to active status after balance refilling with two or more payments.
13.6 On Special tariff line, as well as for subscribers with activated Restart service, the monthly fee for the service “Beautiful number in installment” can be charged immediately if the subscriber number was in the blocked status and if immediately after the refilling the subscriber balance becomes equal to or greater than the price of monthly tariff fee.
13.7 On Special tariff line (with a non-active Restart service), if a monthly tariff fee is not charged within 15 days from the beginning of the monthly period according to the tariff: “Beautiful number in installment” service charge can be charged immediately if the subscriber refills his balance in two or more payments and moves to active status.

14 The first monthly service fee is charged on the first day of connection.

15 In case of connecting to the service and not making all the corresponding payments in full within 36 hours, the number is terminated and the Agreement is terminated unilaterally. In case of termination of the subscriber number and termination of the Agreement for the provision of cellular radio telephone services in the network of COSCOM LLC (Ucell TM) for any reason, the payments made upon connection is not refundable.
