Service conditions

The service is available only with a new connection for the tariffs of the prepaid service system (Prepaid).
Connection of beautiful numbers within the framework of this service is possible in dealerships and in the Company's own offices.
When connecting a beautiful number for the service, the cost and rules for connecting to the Ucell network correspond to the current rules for the given period.
When you activate the service "Nice number by installments", the full cost of the selected category of a nice number is not debited from the subscriber's balance, the subscriber pays a monthly fee for the service "Nice number by installments" in accordance with the terms of the service.
Beautiful numbers of categories participate in the service: from Gold to Lux +.
Subscribers who have connected beautiful numbers for this service do not have access to the services "Renewal of the contract" and "Preservation of the number". After fulfilling the terms of this service, the above services become available.

Each monthly payment for the service "Beautiful number in installments" to the subscriber is counted as payment for 1 month. To fulfill the conditions of the service, the monthly payment for the service "Beautiful number by installments" must be debited from the subscriber balance the number of times indicated in the table of point 7 in accordance with the category of the beautiful number. Until this condition is met, the subscriber is considered a service user who has not fulfilled the terms of this service.
From 1.11.2021 the monthly fee for “Beautiful number in installments” service will be debited once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly fee for the service. The date of debiting the next service fee will be the date of the last successful debiting for the service. For example, if the monthly fee was debited on the 24th, then the next monthly fee will be debited on the 24th of the next month. If the monthly fee was debited on the 31st, and the next month is 30 days, then the next monthly fee will be debited on the 30th, or on the 28/29 of February.
If at the time of debiting the monthly fee for the "Nice number in installments" service, the balance remains less than the cost of the monthly fee for the service, then in this case the monthly fee is debited once in full, while the subscriber's balance becomes negative and the subscriber number is transferred to blocked status.
The monthly fee for the “Beautiful number in installments” service is charged monthly from 00:00 to 08:00 (the charge-off time is not fixed).
The monthly service fee is debited from the subscriber balance in the active status, as well as in the blocked status.
The first monthly service fee is charged on the first day of activation.
In case of connecting to the service and not making all the relevant payments in full within 36 hours, the number is terminated and the Agreement is terminated unilaterally. In case of termination of the subscriber number and termination of the Agreement for the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services in the network of LLC "COSCOM" (TM Ucell) for any reason, the cost of the service paid upon connection is not refundable.
