Blocking of Additional Content Services

The free service “Blocking of Additional Content Services” allows you to fully restrict access to paid additional services.

If you want to protect your number from the activation of paid content services or SMS notifications, you can use the “Blocking of Additional Content Services” service via the USSD request *1#.

The service is automatically provided to new Prepaid subscribers and is also available to all existing subscribers starting from April 28, 2026.

The service is provided free of charge for all subscriber number statuses.

Service Usage Rules

The “Blocking of Additional Content Services” service is intended for enabling and disabling access to all paid additional content services, subscriptions, and SMS notifications.

To manage the service, dial the USSD request *1# and select the required menu option:

1. Blocking of Additional Content Services 

2. UnBlocking of Additional Content Services 

3. Status check 

4. Service information 

When additional services are blocked:

The activation and use of all paid additional services will be fully restricted, including:

• subscription-based content services; 
• one-time content services; 
• SMS notifications (including UzCard and Humo); 
• subscription-based IVR content. 

When additional services are unblocked:

• All restrictions on the use of additional services are removed.
• Separate activation of SMS notifications for UzCard and Humo is required in accordance with the rules of these services.

Important Information

• The service is available only for Prepaid subscribers; 
• When the service is activated, all paid additional services are blocked without exception; 
• The service does not affect the tariff plan, balance, or core communication services; 
• The service is intended to protect subscribers from unwanted charges for content services.
