Detailed report of calls

 

Where applicable Ucell can provide you with full information (detailing) of all your calls made during a specific period (month, week and so on). You may receive this information either monthly or as required (selectable). In this case, you may decide for which period you need the information. Information is available for the last year. Detailed information of calls and SMS for the current day will be available for the next day if the service is requested.

The call details record: the date and time of the call, its duration, direction (incoming or outgoing call), and tariffing.


The decryption of SMS messages displays only outgoing numbers to which SMS messages were sent, as well as numbers of incoming SMS messages from Ucell and Perfectum Mobile numbers.

Documents confirming the Subscriber's identity

  • Passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • Рassport of a foreign citizen;
  • Identity document of a military officer;
  • Accreditation card (for the employees of diplomatic mission and representations);
  • Permanent resident card for a foreign citizen;
  • Residence permit or travel document for stateless persons;
  • Identity document of a stateless person;
  • National driver license of a new standard;
  • ID card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Terms of provision of "Detailed report of calls" service

Subscription to the service 0 sum
Single provision of the service at the request of the client for every months 50 000 sum
Detailed report of calls for every month (the detailed report is provided for the previous month) 50 000 sum
The one-time provision of service for corporate clients for 1 number (period of detailed report - 1 month)  4210 sum

Detail records of used Internet service contain time of Internet session only, its duration and size of received/sent information.

Company, while providing Ucell subscribers access to mobile Internet, does not record, in detail records of subscribers numbers, names of websites (including IP addresses), servers, which are used for making Internet connection, and Internet address, which were visited by the subscriber.

The Company also does not record the notes or the contents (texts) of voice conversations , as well as the contents (texts) of messages transmitted by subscribers within the SMS services.

 

Calls to the numbers listed below do not reflected in the call details:

  • 101 – fire emergency
  • 102 – police
  • 103 – ambulance
  • 104 – gas emergency
  • 1050 – ministry of emergency situations
  • 8123 – Call-center for Prepaid subscribers
  • 8111 – Call-center for Postpaid subscribers

Important: The Company doesn’t guarantee correct displaying of incoming calls (international, city/institutional ATN, calls via IP e.t.c.), also system doesn’t record missed incoming calls. The maximum duration of one call is 60 minutes.
