What is not included in the call details?

Accepted Answer

The report does not include: call recordings or conversation content; SMS message text; website names or IP addresses visited by the subscriber; missed incoming calls; certain incoming calls (international, IP-based, or calls routed through local or corporate PBX systems). The following calls are also excluded from the report: 101 &mdash; Fire Service; 102 &mdash; Police; 103 &mdash; Ambulance; 104 &mdash; Gas Emergency Service; 1050 &mdash; Ministry of Emergency Situations; 8123 &mdash; Call Center for Prepaid subscribers; 8111 &mdash; Call Center for Postpaid subscribers. Note: The maximum duration of a single call is 60 minutes.

Getting call details at a Ucell office

Accepted Answer

If you cannot obtain your call details through the Ucell mobile app or the Ucell Personal Account, you may visit any Ucell Sales and Service Office. You must present a valid identity document. The following documents are accepted: ID card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan; foreign passport; residence permit; stateless person's ID; new-format national driver's license; military officer's ID; accreditation card of diplomatic mission staff; Passport of a Citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If the request is submitted by the subscriber's representative, a valid power of attorney and identity documents for both the subscriber and the representative must be provided. For legal entities, call details are provided upon a written request from the organization specifying its authorized representative.

Obatining a call detail at Ucell office

Accepted Answer

To obtain a call detail record, the subscriber must visit a Ucell office and submit an application indicating the period for which the detail record is required. The cost of the service is 50,000 soums for every 30 calendar days of the requested period. An identity document must be presented. The following documents are accepted: ID card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Passport of a foreign citizen; Residence permit; Certificate of a stateless person; New-format national driver's license; Officer's identification card; Accreditation card of diplomatic mission staff; Other documents provided for by law. If a representative of the subscriber applies, a power of attorney with the necessary authority is required, along with documents confirming the identities of both the principal and the representative. For legal entities, the detail record is provided upon the organization's written request indicating the authorized representative.
