The service is not available with a negative balance.
The service is not available in case of debt for the “Trust payment” service.
The service is not available in case of non-fulfillment of the conditions of the “Wished number” and “Beautiful number in installment” promotions.
The service is available at the Company's own offices.
The service is available for Prepaid system subscribers.
The service is available for numbers with term of service of 3 months and more from the date of connection.
The service is available once a month.
The cost of the service is 0 UZS.
When changing the number, all the conditions that were valid for the previous number remain unchanged on the new number.
The service can be used by the subscriber to whom the subscriber number is registered, upon presentation of an identity document.
The cost of the selected new paid category number is paid in full. The previously paid cost of the replaced paid number is non-refundable.
“Wished number” and “Beautiful number in installment” promotions are not available within the “Number change” service.
After changing the number, the Mobile application and Personal Account will be available only for the new number. Viewing the history of used services for the replaced number in the Mobile application and Personal Account will not be available.
