1. The “1+1” promotion is only available for new connections in Ucell own offices and dealer points of sale.
2. When subscribing to “Bor 70”, “Bor 90”, “Bor 110” or “Bor 160” tariff plan, a second SIM card with “Bor 70” tariff plan will be provided free of charge for one month. From the second month onward, the tariff will apply according to the commercial terms.
3. When connecting to the tariff within the "1+1" promotion, the maximum number blocking period will be 365 days.
4. The second number (SIM card) is registered to the same subscriber as the primary SIM card.
5. The additional SIM card within the “1+1” promotion can be connected to a “Simple” category number.
6. The “Wished number” or “Beautiful number in installments” services are not provided with the additional SIM card within the “1+1” promotion.
7. The promotion does not apply to connections via UzEX and MNP.
8. Only citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan can take advantage of the promotion.
The rules and conditions for participation in the promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a public offer addressed to individuals participating in the promotion (hereinafter referred to as Subscribers/Participants of the Promotion) who have accepted the terms of the Public Offer for the provision of cellular radiotelephone services from “COSCOM” LLC.
Participation in the Promotion is the full and unconditional acceptance by the Subscriber of the conditions set forth in this Offer by the Organizer, agreement with the requirements for participation in the Promotion set by the Organizer and the acceptance by the Subscriber of obligations to comply with the conditions of this Offer set by the Organizer.
According to clause 3.1.4 of the public offer, The Company has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally if outgoing (except for emergency and reference) calls, SMS, GPRS and/or other paid services /roaming events, deposits to the Personal Account are not made after 31 days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
