  1. The promotion is available only for new connections.
  2. A mandatory requirement for activating the trial period is the presence of more than 1000 UZS on the balance..
  3. With the new connection to “Katta Doimiy” tariff plan, the subscription fee will be charged after 5 days from the connection.
  4. During the five-day trial period, the subscriber is provided with: minutes and SMS within Uzbekistan, as well as Internet traffic.
  5. If the limits on the tariff plan are spent during the trial period, the corresponding destinations are blocked. To continue using the limits, you must:
  • Activate the limits of “Katta Doimiy” tariff using the “Restart” service.
  • Change the tariff plan.
  1. Five days before the subscription fee is charged, the tariff provides a free opportunity to switch to any other “Katta Doimiy” tariff, if there are sufficient funds on the balance to pay the subscription fee under the current tariff plan.
  2. When changing the tariff plan to another “Katta Doimiy” tariff, the full subscription fee for the tariff will be charged, and the limits will be provided in full.
  1. Charging the subscription fee and setting the limits of the “Katta Doimiy” tariff during the trial period:

- With a new connection to the tariff plan, the subscription fee is not charged, the limits are assigned in full (not scaled) for 5 days if there is 1000 UZS or more on the balance.

- After the expiration of the 5-day trial period, the subscription fee for the “Katta Doimiy” tariff plan will be debited immediately upon replenishment of the balance for a sufficient amount to charge the subscription fee in full. After charging the subscription fee, the subscriber number will switch to the active status and limits will be assigned according to the terms of the tariff plan.

- If there is a lack of funds or a negative balance for charging the subscription fee according to the tariff, no write-off occurs, tariff limits are not assigned.

- If, at the time of writing off the monthly subscription fee, there are not enough funds on the balance to write off the fee, then the number is blocked. And the attempt to withdraw the subscription fee occurs every day for 15 days. On the last day of being in the blocked status, 1000 UZS will be debited from the balance for participating in the promotion (If there are insufficient funds on the balance, the write-off occurs in the negative).

 

  1. The terms of the assigned limits within the tariff plan during the trial period do not apply to roaming subscribers.
  2. Only one number can be connected to one passport data within the campaign.
  3. When connecting within the “Ucell – Test Drive” campaign, the following services are not available: “Desired number”, “Beautiful number in installments”,  “umber transfer (MNP)”.
  4. Promotional period - from 04.09.2022 till 31.01.2025;


Please note

  • When the monthly subscription fee of “Katta Doimiy” tariff plans is withdrawn, the previously assigned limits for the promotion are reset to zero.
  • Calls to information and entertainment, information and reference services and international destinations do not consume the limits provided under the terms of the tariff plans within the promotion.
  1. The number will be blocked if there is a positive balance, in case at the time of writing off the monthly subscription fee within the “Katta Doimiy” tariff plan there are not enough funds on the balance or the balance is negative;
  2. Changing the tariff plan is not available in the blocked status.

If the subscriber's balance is blocked for 15 days, the number is terminated, and the Contract is terminated unilaterally by the Company.

  1. The “Restart” service is activated using a mobile application Ucell or USSD *222#
  2. The “Restart” service is available to subscribers in active status.
  3. The “Restart” service provides the subscriber with the opportunity to independently activate a monthly subscription fee and receive monthly limits in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan. After activating the “Restart” service, the subscriber's monthly period is updated according to the date of the last successful activation of this service.
  4. After activating the “Restart” service, the monthly subscription fee in the amount of the full cost is debited from the subscriber’s balance and full monthly limits are assigned within the subscriber’s tariff plan. Next, the subscriber’s monthly subscription fee is debited according to the subscriber’s new monthly period.
  5. To activate the service, the subscriber’s balance must have a sufficient amount to charge the subscription fee according to the tariff of the “Katta Doimiy” line in full. After activating the “Restart” service, the subscription fee will be charged and limits will be assigned in full according to the tariff.
  6. The remaining limits previously assigned within the “Katta Doimiy” tariff plan during the trial period are reset to zero upon successful activation of the “Restart” service.
  7. You can use the “Restart” service only once.
  • When you activate the “Restart” service, change the tariff to “Katta Doimiy” before the trial period expires or top up your balance with a sufficient amount to write off the subscription fee for the “Katta Doimiy” tariff plan, you will receive 50 GB of additional internet traffic as a gift!
  • When subscribing to the 'Katta Doimiy' plans during the promotion period and choosing not to use the trial period, an additional 10 GB of internet data is provided as a bonus.
  1. The validity period of the bonus of internet data is one month.
  2. The remaining bonus internet data is not carried over after subscription fee within the tariff plan is charged.
  3. The bonus of internet data has the highest priority for usage among any other available internet data allowances."
