The “RBT My Music” platform provides access to all melodies on the platform for a subscription fee: within 24 hours – 1000 UZS; within 12 hours – 500 UZS (only for Prepaid subscribers). The subscriber can change an unlimited number of melodies throughout the day for a single fee. Free period - 3 days. The user controls the service and the installed melody through user interfaces: website http://rbt.cmc.uz and IVR (8080).

Procedure for connecting/deactivating the service:

Connection methods:

The service can be activated via IVR or the website.

To activate via IVR, the subscriber must call 8080, listen to the service terms, pricing, and deactivation procedure, and confirm activation by pressing the corresponding key.

To activate via the website, the subscriber must visit http://rbt.cmc.uz, review the service terms, enter their phone number in the format +9989XXXXXXXX, and click “Register”. The subscriber will then receive an SMS with a verification code, which must be entered to complete the registration. Entering the code confirms acceptance of the service terms.

Providing service: After selecting a melody by the user (with the active status of the user account on the RBT platform), the selected melody is installed to replace the standard RBT (beep) and the user receives notification of the successful change of melody (via SMS message). Further, when calling the user (subscriber B), the caller (subscriber A) will listen to the user-selected melody instead of the standard beep.

Disabling methods:

- Through your personal account on the service website (http://rbt.cmc.uz);

- Service management menu in IVR;

- Disabling via SMS codes (STOP, STOP1) to the short number 8080.

Service cost:

For use for 24 hours - 1000 UZS including VAT.

For use for 12 hours - 500 UZS including VAT.

TThe subscriber is provided with a free period of using the service - 3 days.

Billing for the service is carried out using an invisible SMS from the short number  1570

Pricing terms:

For using the service, the subscriber pays a subscription fee of 1000 UZS, by receiving 2 (two) SMS messages worth 500 UZS, each from the invisible short number 1570.

In case of successful delivery of 2 SMS, the subscriber will be granted access to the portal for 24 hours. And in case of delivery of 1 SMS, access will be granted for 12 hours.
