"Yordamchi" is an intelligent digital assistant for mobile operator subscribers, available through the information web portal https://yordam4i.uz.  The service supports both text and voice interactions in Uzbek and Russian. The assistant provides information about the operator's services, helps subscribers change their tariff plans, activate internet bundles, voice minute bundles, and SMS bundles, and answers frequently asked questions, enabling subscribers to resolve most issues without contacting the customer support center.

Subscription activation:

The Yordamchi service can be activated in one of the following ways:

Via the https://yordam4i.uz/chat/  web portal, by entering the subscriber's mobile phone number;

by sending an SMS to 5512.

After sending the SMS, the subscriber will receive an activation code. To complete the activation, the subscriber must reply to the SMS with the received activation code. Once the code is confirmed, the Yordamchi service will be successfully activated.

Subscription cancellation:

The Yordamchi service can be deactivated in one of the following ways:

by sending an SMS with the text STOP AI to 5512;

through the Ucell mobile application.
