Internet packages in Türkiye
* Packages are available only in Turkcell network.
Minutes are issued for outgoing local calls and outgoing calls to Uzbekistan, incoming calls.
1. When activating packages, if the subscriber does not have an active roaming service, or the “Roaming without border countries” service is active, then the subscriber will be automatically assigned the “Worldwide roaming” service by default.
2. You can activate and deactivate packages through the following service channels:
a. Ucell service offices;
b. Ucell subscriber support service: 8123 or 8111;
c. Ucell mobile application or USSD request *155#
3. Subscribers and clients of the business segment, to activate packages, must contact the Company's business segment subscriber service department in writing.
4. For correct operation of packages in roaming, if the Internet session is active at the time of activation, it is necessary to interrupt the session, connect the package and after successful activation of the package, resume the session.
5. Make sure that the package is assigned successfully using USSD *155# or in the Ucell mobile application. If the package is not activated, the Internet and calls will be charged according to the zonal roaming tariff. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the services rendered.
6. Call and MB limits are available only in the network of the operator Turkcell (Türkiye). In case of switching to another operator, the tariff for calls and the Internet will be carried out according to the zonal tariff in roaming.
7. Packages are assigned for 30 days from the moment of connection without auto-renewal. After the end of the term, the remaining limits will be reset to zero.
8. When the package is active, the Internet above the allocated limit is blocked. To unblock the Internet above the included limit, you need to deactivate the package in roaming.
9. Activation of the package is not possible if the subscriber has an active International Automatic Roaming service.
10. When activating a package, if the subscriber has active Internet packages in roaming, unlimited Internet in roaming or the “Always in touch” package with Megafon, as well as packages from the current family, then these packages are deactivated, the limits within the services/packages are reset to zero.
11. Packages are not available on the following tariff plans of the Postpaid and Prepaid systems: M2M tariff line.
12. The quota of billable information in the presence of MB within the framework of Internet packages in roaming for all subscribers is 16 KB.
