- Activation, managing and use of International SMS packages are available only in active status for all Ucell subscribers;
- Activation and deactivation of International SMS packages is available through the following service channels:
- Ucell offices;
- Call center: 8123 or 8111;
- Personal cabinet;
- My Ucell Telegram-bot;
- USSD *919#
- www.ucell.uz
- My Ucell application
- Prepaid subscribers and Corporate VIP and Individual category clients should to dial USSD request *789# to activate International SMS packages;
- Customers of all other categories of Postpaid system to activate packages must contact the corporate customer service department in writing;
- Package cost is removed from the main subscriber’s account after successful activation of the package through to number *789# and If, at the time of activation of any International SMS packages, the funds on the balance of the subscriber number are not enough, the package will not be assigned, in this case, tariffication for the outgoing international SMS will be carried out according to the tariff plans;
- Activation of International SMS packages is carried out only at the moment the subscriber receives an SMS message about activation of the service. If you have not received an SMS, then to check the status of the service, we recommend using the USSD request *919#. If the service is not activated, the tariffication for the outgoing international SMS will be carried out according to the tariff plans. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the services rendered;
- International SMS packages are assigned for 30 days from the moment of connection without auto renewal;
- After 30 days from the date of activation of International SMS packages, the rest of the bonuses is zeroed and the package is disabled. Further tariffication for the outgoing international SMS is carried out according to the tariff plans;
- To check the balance of free international SMS, subscriber should send the following request to *789*5#.
- Subscriber can purchase the couple of different International SMS-packages in one day, herewith unspent SMS from previously purchased packages will be added to the new package with the validity period of the last packet.
- The cost of 1 outgoing international SMS message (regardless of the direction and tariff plan) is 1500 UZS. The cost of 1 outgoing international SMS over the SMS package limit is also 1500 UZS.
- In case swap to the Internet 60 tariff the "International Internet packages" service will be deactivated and the remaining limits will be reset.
