• Packages are not available in roaming;
• The subscription fee is charged every 30 days;
• “Monthly Internet packages” are assigned automatically. The automatic assignment function can be deactivated by sending a request to the number *555*3*10*1# and calling.
• From April 14, 2022: if the subscription fee is successfully debited, the Internet package traffic will be automatically assigned in full with a validity period of 30 days from the date of its assignment. If there are insufficient funds in your personal account for the automatic assignment of an Internet package, the Internet package will not be deleted and will be automatically assigned as soon as there are sufficient funds in your account to pay for it.
• If the automatic internet package assignment function is enabled, after 30 days from the date of package activation, and if there are sufficient funds in the account, the system will assign a new package of the denomination previously purchased. In this case, the traffic remaining from the previously purchased package is summed up*. The traffic of the new internet package will be assigned from 00:00 on the 31st day from the date of activation/automatic assignment after the funds for the new package are debited. Before starting to use the internet, you must check the assignment of the new package to avoid additional charges.
• After sending a service activation request, you must wait for an incoming SMS message confirming the successful assignment of the service. If you have not received an SMS message, we recommend using the USSD request *107# to check the traffic assignment.
• If at the time of automatic assignment of an Internet package there are insufficient funds on the subscriber’s account, the package will not be assigned, but the remaining traffic will be retained until the end of the validity period of the current Internet package.
• If the automatic assignment function is disabled, after 30 days from the date of activation of the Internet package, the remaining traffic is reset to zero.
• When reconnecting an Internet package, when the valid Internet package has not expired, the traffic included in the new package is added to the remaining unused traffic.
• The traffic validity period will be set equal to the validity period of the last activated Internet package. In this case, the automatic assignment function will work according to the conditions of the last assigned Internet package.
• The package validity period will be set equal to the validity period of the last activated Internet package.
• You can use the traffic included in the Internet package only in the active status.
• For the service to work correctly, if the session is active at the time of service activation, you must interrupt the session, connect the service and then resume the session.
• The quota for charged information, if there are MBs within the package on the Internet balance for subscribers of the prepaid service system (Prepaid) - 16 KB.
• Until April 14, 2022: If the automatic assignment of Internet packages is active, after 30 days from the date of package activation, if there are sufficient funds in the account, the system will assign a new package of the denomination previously purchased. The traffic of the new Internet package will be assigned from 00:00 on the 31st day from the date of activation/automatic assignment after the funds for the new package are debited.
• If there is a limit on the tariff plan and the Internet package, the limit on the tariff plan will be used first, and then on the Internet package.

Service activation occurs only when you receive an SMS message confirming the service assignment. If you have not received an SMS message, we recommend using the USSD request *555*3*10*2# to check the service's active status. If the service is not activated, internet charges will be based on your tariff plan. In these cases, the Company will not recalculate the charges for services rendered.
When switching to “Doimiy”, “Sof” tariff lines or “Ovoz 15”, “Internet 60”, “Start 10” tariff plans from July 26, 2022, the following conditions will apply:
After switching to “Doimiy”, “Sof” tariff lines, and “Ovoz 15”, “Internet 60”, “Start 10” tariff plans, the remaining internet traffic limit activated prior to switching to “Sof”, “Ovoz 15”, “Internet 60”, “Start 10” tariff plans will not be extended by the “New Monthly Internet package” under the “We appreciate you!” loyalty program.
If the subscriber had an active internet package before switching to “Doimiy”, “Sof” tariff lines, and “Ovoz 15”, “Internet 60”, “Start 10” tariff plans, the terms and conditions will remain in effect until the subscriber independently cancels the internet package, activates the “New Monthly Internet package”, or voluntarily activates a new internet package under the “We appreciate you!” loyalty program.
As part of the “We appreciate you!” loyalty program, “Monthly Internet packages” are selectively available to subscribers based on their age in network and status, offering 15/20/35/40/50/70% additional data on top of their service limits. • Send USSD request: *555*5#;
• Select the required amount of traffic;
• Enter: day, month and year of connection (example: 31122018);
• Accept and confirm the purchase.
Important!
If you change your tariff plan after successfully assigning of “Calendar Internet package”, the new Internet package will be assigned according to the terms of your current tariff plan.
The “Monthly Internet package” is activated only when the subscriber receives an SMS message confirming the service is activated. If the service is not activated, your internet bill will be charged according to your tariff plan. In these cases, the Company will not recalculate your service fees.

To check your remaining traffic: *107#. The remaining MB displayed in the *107# request is valid at the time all internet sessions are closed.
The automatic assignment feature can be deactivated by requesting *555*3*10*1#
Subscribers can select the “Package + 1 GB” option when activating “Monthly Internet packages”. This option allows you to avoid deducting funds from your main balance when using up your purchased “Monthly Internet package”. After the included traffic has been used up, an additional “1 GB package” is assigned. If the “1 GB package” is successfully activated (provided there are sufficient funds to purchase the package), MBs will be debited from the balance of the purchased 1 GB Internet package when using the internet. If package activation is unsuccessful, funds will be debited from your main balance when using the internet.
The cost of the additional “1 GB package” is 8 900 UZS.
This amount will be debited only after the following conditions are met:
• connecting the “Package + 1 GB” option;
• full consumption of Internet traffic in the purchased “Monthly Internet package”;
• active automatic assignment function.
