  • Activation is available only for subscribers of Buyursin, Qo'qonim , Foydali, Bor, TV Doimiy, Katta Doimiy, Doimiy and Sof tariff lines (excluding Sof 150 tariff plan) and Start , Start 35, Ovoz, Internet 60 tariff plans.
  • Packages are available in roaming on the networks of mobile operators: Megafon in Tajikistan, Tele2 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and MegaCom in Kyrgyzstan.
  • The subscription fee is charged every 30 days;
  • Monthly internet packages are assigned automatically. The automatic assignment function can be deactivated by requesting *555*3*11*1# and calling.
  • In case of successful charging of the subscription fee, the traffic for the Internet package will automatically be assigned in full with a validity period of 30 days from the date of its assignment. If there are not enough funds on your personal account to automatically assign an Internet package, the Internet package will not be deleted and will be automatically assigned as soon as there are enough funds on your account to pay for it. At the same time, the period of validity of the Internet package, upon successful debiting of the subscription fee, will be set from the moment of the last assignment.
  • If the subscription fee for the monthly Internet package is not written off in a timely manner, the unused Internet traffic limit balances for the particular package in the previous period will be reset to zero. with the exception of additional Internet volume in the 5G network. Priority for spending Internet traffic within the new volume in the 5G network: On “Katta Doimiy 40”, “Katta Doimiy 55”, “Katta Doimiy 70” tariffs: 1. The priority of 5G Internet volume within the tariff plan is higher than the 5G volume within the new monthly Internet package. 2. Upon completion of the 5G volume usage within the tariff plan, the 5G traffic volume will be consumed within the “New monthly Internet package”. 3. After the additional 5G volume within the “New monthly Internet package” is completely used up, the limits are used according to the current conditions/priorities of the tariff plan. 2. On “Doimiy 20”, “Doimiy 35”, “Doimiy 50”, “Doimiy 70”, “Doimiy 100”, “Doimiy 150”, “Katta Doimiy 100” and “Katta Doimiy 150” tariffs: 1 - the priority of Internet consumption for unlimited directions (by resources) within the tariff plan is higher than for the 5G volume within the “New monthly Internet package”. For example, on “Doimiy 50” in the 5G network, the consumption for Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp resources will occur from the resources of these directions. 2 – Internet in all directions: priority of 5G Internet volume within the framework of the “New monthly Internet package” 3 - After the 5G volume within the “New monthly Internet package” is completely used up, the Internet is consumed according to the current conditions/priorities of the tariff. On all other tariff plans in the 5G network: 1 – priority for internet usage will be given to 5G internet volume within the framework of the “New monthly internet package”. 2 - After the 5G volume within the “New monthly Internet package” is completely used up, the Internet is consumed according to the current conditions/priorities of the tariff plan.
  • With the active function of automatic assignment of Internet packages, after 30 days from the date of activation of the package, with a sufficient amount of funds on the account, the system will assign a new package of the face value purchased earlier. At the same time, the traffic remaining from the previously purchased package is summed up, with the exception of the additional volume of Internet in the 5G network.The traffic of the new Internet package will be assigned from 00:00 to 31 days from the moment of activation / automatic assignment after debiting the funds for the new package. Before you start using the Internet, you need to check the purpose of the new package (USSD *107#) in order to avoid additional costs.
  • Remainder of unspent Internet traffic from purchased package is available for use in new period (next month after auto-renewal) only if subscriber fee for current, active Internet package is written off in time.
  • Remainder of monthly limits that were transferred from previous period are available only till the end of new period (in case of successful auto-renewal).
  • Monthly internet traffic limits within packages are not available if the subscriber has a negative balance.
  • After sending a request to activate the service, you must wait for an incoming SMS message confirming the successful assignment of the service. If you have not received SMS messages, we recommend using the USSD request *107# to check the destination of the traffic;
  • If at the time of automatic assignment of the Internet package there are not enough funds on the account of the subscriber number, the package will not be assigned;
  • If the automatic assignment function is disabled, after 30 days from the date of activation of the Internet package, the rest of the traffic is reset to zero;
  • When reconnecting/reconnecting one of the Monthly internet packages, when the current internet package has not expired, the traffic included in the new package is not summed up with the rest of the unused traffic.
  • The limits provided within the framework of Monthly Internet are valid according to the established period - 30 days, for each assigned Internet package.
  • When checking the rest of the Internet traffic limit, using *107#, *100#, *900# requests, as well as in the personal account, Telegram bot and IVR, the rest of the total Internet traffic for "Monthly Internet packages", "Special Internet packages" and “New monthly internet packages” is displayed. Furthermore, the validity period is displayed according to the last Internet package purchased.
  • You can check remaining internet data limits within each activated internet package via USSD *555# by selecting “Manage”- “check the packs limits”.
  • The validity period of the package will be set equal to the validity period of the last activated Internet package;
  • If there is a limit on the TP and the Internet package, the limit on the TP will be spent first, and then on the Internet package.
  • When the limit included in the Internet package is exhausted, the billing will take place according to the cost of Ucell-Internet under the terms of the tariff plan
  • If the subscriber had an active Internet package before 04/19/2022, then the conditions for it remain until the Internet package is turned off at his own request.
  • For the correct operation of the service, if the session is active at the time of activation of the service, it is necessary to interrupt the session, activate the service and then resume the session.
  • The quota of charged information when using the Internet service is 16 KB.
  • In case of activation of “New monthly internet package”, the previous Internet package is deactivated. The rest of the traffic of the deactivated package will be available until the expiration date of the deactivated package.
  • If there is a limit on the TP and the Internet package, the limit on the TP will be spent first, and then on the Internet package.

To the attention of subscribers of tariff plans with assigned Internet traffic in the 5G network within “Katta Doimiy 55”, “Katta Doimiy 70”, “Katta Doimiy 100”, “Katta Doimiy 150” tariff plans: By default, on a 5G network, devices can automatically fall back to the more stable 4G LTE network and, accordingly, internet data will not consume the 5G limits.

- the user leaves the 5G network coverage area or when the signal quality becomes insufficient for stable operation;

- In 5G mode, devices use the 4G LTE network to establish the initial connection and control (signaling), and then switch to 5G for data transmission. In this case, the 5G network icon may be displayed on the smartphone. In these cases, internet traffic consumption is considered correct due to the peculiarities of the 5G NSA technology, and no adjustments are provided from the company's side.

Activation of the service is carried out only at the moment when you receive an SMS message about the assignment of the service. If you have not received an SMS, we recommend to use the USSD request *555*3*11# to check the active service. If the service is not activated, Internet billing will be carried out according to your tariff plan. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the services rendered. Activation of the Internet package within the framework of the loyalty program "We appreciate you", on TL “Katta Doimiy”, “Doimiy”, SOF Start 10, Start 35, Ovoz and Internet 60, will take place under the terms of the "Monthly Internet Package" It is possible to extend the validity of the package activated before switching to the “Katta Doimiy”, “Doimiy”, "Sof" TL by purchasing a new Internet package under the program "We appreciate you" *136#.

When switching to “Katta Doimiy”, “Doimiy”, “Sof” TL or “Ovoz”, “Internet 60”, “Start 10”, “Start 35” TP from July 26, 2022, the following conditions will apply:
After switching to “Katta Doimiy”, “Doimiy”, “Sof” tariff line or “Ovoz”, “Internet 60”, “Start 10”, “Start 35” tariff plans, the rest of the Internet traffic activated before switching to above mentioned tariff plans will not be extended by the new “ New monthly internet package” in the frame of the “We appreciate you” loyalty program.
If the subscriber had an active internet package before switching to “Katta Doimiy”, “Doimiy”, “Sof” TL or “Ovoz”, “Internet 60”, “Start 10”, “Start 35” TP, then the conditions for it remain until the moment of independent disconnection of the internet package, activation of the new “New monthly internet package" or activation of a new internet package in the frame of the "We appreciate you" loyalty program at their own request.
