Conditions

  • When allocated internet traffic limit is used fully, the network access speed is set to 64 kbps.
  • The service does not have an auto assignation function, therefore, to continue using in the next period, a subscriber should reconnect the service.
  • “Night internet packages” service is not available on the following tariff plans: Thankfully!, Special Unlim, Special Unlim Turbo, Sof 150.
  • It is impossible to connect the service if one of the following services is active: “Night internet”, “Internet Mega-BOOM”, “For kids”, “Try 4G”, “Monthly 4G Internet packages”, “Unlimited Internet packages”, “Maximum access”, iTV online cinema, Mediabay online cinema, "Traffic+".
  • Activation and internet-traffic usage within the service are available only in active status for prepaid subscribers.
  • Between 09:00 and 01:00 Internet is charged in accordance with tariff plan.
  • In case your internet-session is active at the time of activation, you should disconnect the internet, activate the service via USSD request and then re-connect to the Internet.
  • For the correct operation of the service, it is necessary to end the session at 01:00 and at 09:00 and activate it afterwards.
  • If a subscriber’s device is set to automatic network mode: 2G/3G/4G or only 4G mode, before activating additional services it’s necessary to reset subscriber’s device to one of the following network modes: 2G/3G/Only 2G/Only 3G.
  • After successful activation of an additional service, network mode might be changed according to the subscriber’s preference.
  • After sending the USSD request for service activation you have to verify the success of the service activation via *616# USSD request. If the activation is not confirmed, the Company doesn’t accept claims and recalculation.
