- Service activation is available only for subscribers of Prepaid system with a sufficient amount of funds on the balance;
- If insufficient funds service fee, packages will not be assigned;
- Validity of the service - 30 days from the date of activation;
- Packages of the “Traffic+” service are assigned automatically. To disable the auto-assignment function, it is necessary to deactivate the corresponding package. Unused volumes are reset to zero;
- With the full use of assigned internet traffic limit, the network access speed is set to 64 kbps;
- If the subscription fee for the package is not deducted in a timely manner, the remaining limits for a specific package that were not used in the previous period will be reset to zero. The traffic on the resources will be spent within the assigned total limit on the tariff plan or internet packages, and not the internet traffic assigned as part of the “Traffic+” service;
- Prices are inclusive of taxes;
- Service packages cannot be connected if the subscriber has one of the following services active: “Night Internet”, “Try 4G”, “Unlimited internet packages”, “Monthly 4G Internet packages”, “Night Internet packages”, “Internet Mega BOOM ”,“ For kids”, “Maximum access”, iTV online cinema, Mediabay online cinema and vice versa;
- If at the time of activation the Internet session is active, it is necessary to interrupt the session, activate the service via the USSD request and then resume the session;
- If the subscriber device is set to automatic network mode: 2G/3G/4G or only to 4G network mode, before activating additional services, you must transfer the subscriber device to one of the network modes: 2G/3G/2G/Only 3G. After successful activation of the additional service, the network mode on the subscriber's device can be changed according to your preference.
- After sending the USSD request for activation, it is necessary to verify the success of the service connection using USSD request *777#. In case of non-confirmation of activation, the Company does not accept claims and does not recalculate.
- If the subscriber has active services "Traffic +" and "Hourly Internet", then first of all the Internet traffic is consumed according to the connected option of "Traffic +" service, in other directions Internet traffic is consumed as part of "Hourly internet" service.
- "Traffic +" service is not available for connection on "Sof 150", "Special Unlim", "Special Unlim Turbo" tariffs.
- Internet traffic used during a video/audio call via Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Vkontakte, IMO apps, will be consumed from the allocated general limit of internet within the tariff plan or Internet packages, and not Internet traffic allocated within the “Traffic +” service.
- Activation of the additional option “Google Play Market” is available only if the main active option of the “Traffic +” service is present: “Messenger”, “Social networks”, Zoom, “YouTube”, “YouTube + Telegram”, “YouTube + Telegram + PUBG Mobile” “Instagram”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile” or “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram”.
- The “Google Play Market” option is additional and is assigned until the end of the main option of the “Traffic +” service.
- After the expiration of the main option of the "Traffic +" service or if the subscriber disconnects before the expiration date, the additional option "Google Play Market" is also disabled. Therefore, in order to continue using the additional option "Google Play Market", the subscriber must reconnect any of the main options of the service "Traffic +" ("Messenger", "Social networks", Zoom, "YouTube", "YouTube + Telegram", "YouTube + Telegram + PUBG Mobile", "Instagram", "Instagram+YouTube+Telegram" or "Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile") and then connect the additional option "Google Play Market".
- When deactivating the package, unused volumes are reset to zero.
- If the "Instagram+YouTube+Telegram" option is active, it is impossible to activate the Traffic + "Social Networks", "Messengers", "YouTube", "YouTube+Telegram", "Instagram" service options and vice versa.
- If the “Instagram” option is active, it is impossible to activate the Traffic + “Social Networks”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram” service option and vice versa.
- If the "Cybersport" option is active, it is impossible to activate the Traffic + "Google Play Market” service option or vice versa.
- If the "YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile" option is active, it is impossible to activate the Traffic + "Messengers", "YouTube", "YouTube+Telegram", "Instagram+YouTube+Telegram", "Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile", "Cybersport" service options or vice versa.
- If the "Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile" option is active, it is impossible to activate the Traffic + "Social Networks", "Messengers", "YouTube", "YouTube+Telegram", "Instagram", "YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile","Instagram+YouTube+Telegram", "Cybersport" service options or vice versa.
- In the absence of Internet traffic according to the tariff plan, additional Internet packages, sufficient funds on the account for charging over the included limit, as well as the deactivated option "Connect mobile Internet at a price of 1 MB over the limit" (for the tariff lines Doimiy, Sof and for the tariffs Start , Ovoz, Intermet 60 ), the activated package for the service "Traffic+" will not be available.
- Traffic generated as part of unlimited Internet traffic within the framework of the tariff plan does not apply to downloading and updating following mobile applications: Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, IMO, Vkontakte, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, PUBG MOBILE, Call of Duty and Clash of Clans.
From June 9, 2023, the auto-assignment function is installed on all packages of the “Traffic+” service with the following conditions:
- Packages of the “Traffic+” service are assigned automatically. To disable the auto-assignment function, it is necessary to deactivate the corresponding package. Unused volumes are reset to zero;
- In case of successful charging of the subscription fee for the package, the traffic for the internet package will automatically be assigned in full with a validity period of 30 days from the date of its assignment, unused volumes from the previous period are reset to zero;
- If the subscription fee for the package is not charged in a timely manner, the rest of the limits for a specific package that were not used in the previous period will be reset to zero.
- If there are not enough funds on the personal account for the automatic assignment of the internet package, the internet package is not deleted and is automatically assigned as soon as there are enough funds on the account to write off its payment. At the same time, the validity period of the internet package, upon successful debiting of the monthly fee, will be set from the moment of the last assignment (new term).
- Traffic provided as part of the “Traffic+” service packages will not be consumed in the event of a conflict between directions and traffic provided for social networks within the framework of “Doimiy” tariff plans.
Unavailability of "Traffic+" service packages:
- The "Instagram," "Instagram+YouTube+Telegram," "Social Network (Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte)," and "Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile" packages are unavailable for activation on the TV Doimiy 55 and Katta Doimiy 40 tariff plans. The packages “Instagram”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram”, “Social network (Instagram, Facebook, Vkontakte)”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile”, “Messengers (Telegram, IMO, WhatsApp, Viber)”, “YouTube + Telegram” and “YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile” are not available for activation on the tariff plans Katta Doimiy 55 and Katta Doimiy 70, TV Doimiy 70, TV Doimiy 90.
- The packages “Instagram”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram”, “Social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Vkontakte)”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile”, “Messengers (Telegram, IMO, WhatsApp, Viber)”, “YouTube + Telegram” and “YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile” and “YouTube” are not available for activation on the tariff plans Katta Doimiy 100, Katta Doimiy 150, TV Doimiy 120, TV Doimiy 180.
- The packages “Instagram”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram”, “Social network (Instagram, Facebook, Vkontakte)”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile”, “YouTube + Telegram” and “YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile” and “YouTube” are not available for activation on the Buyursin tariff plan.
- The packages “Instagram”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram”, “Messenger (Telegram, IMO, WhatsApp, Viber)”, “Social network (Instagram, Facebook, Vkontakte)”, “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile”, “YouTube + Telegram” and “YouTube+Telegram+PUBG Mobile” are not available for activation on the Qo’qonim tariff plan.
- When switching to the Katta Doimiy tariff line with an activated but unavailable "Traffic+" service package on the new tariff plan, the service package will be disabled and the limits will be reset to zero.
Example:
The subscriber uses the “Doimiy 40”tariff plan, which includes traffic to Instagram and Facebook social networks. In addition, the subscriber activates the “Traffic+” option for Instagram+YouTube+Telegram. In this case, the traffic provided within the “Traffic+” option will not be available for spending on Instagram.
From June 20, 2023 when switching to “Doimiy Start” and “Doimiy Extra ” tariff plans with active packages of the “Traffic+” service: “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram+PUBG” or “Instagram+YouTube+Telegram”, the packages will be provided on the following terms in connection with the provision of unlimited Internet traffic on Instagram within the tariff plan:
- When switching to a tariff plan with an active package, the subscription fee is not charged in the first month (packages are assigned automatically).
- The rest of the conditions for the provision of packages remain unchanged.
- Packages are only available on “Doimiy Start” and “Doimiy Extra” tariff plans. When switching to other available tariff plans, packages are disabled, unused volumes are reset to zero.

Owners of the above mentioned sites use a certain range of IP addresses to provide their services. Ucell provides traffic volume for these (registered) ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of the range of IP-addresses initiated by the owners, the traffic in this case is charged according to the cost of Ucell-Internet under the terms of the tariff plan, or the traffic is deducted from the balance of the existing Internet package provided to all destinations.
If you connect to the specified resources through VPN proxy servers or deprecated sites, access to the resources may be blocked.

Pay attention that most smartphones when connected to the Internet generate the third-party traffic from installed applications (messengers, weather, news, etc.), it is also possible to involuntarily synchronize with the app store (GooglePlay, AppStore), analytics counters (Google, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net) of various accounts (Google, Facebook, Telegram, etc.). This traffic is not included in the scope of the service and is paid by a subscriber separately in accordance with the cost of Ucell-Internet tariff or purchased Internet package.
