Package Information
Terms:
Internet package is assigned only to Ucell subscribers with prepaid service system (Prepaid) in active status;
Internet package activation is available from 05:00 to 23:59;
Internet traffic assigned as part of the promotion is valid from 05:00 to 23:59 from the moment of appointment.
The Internet package is valid for 24 hours from the moment of activation.
Internet package management is available via USSD-request *600#.
If there are not enough funds in the account at the time of assigning the Internet package, the activation of the service will not be available.
The fee is charged one-time for one Internet package validity period.
If a subscriber has dedicated Internet traffic on the balance of Internet packages/services or a tariff plan, first, Internet traffic will be spent on the campaign “Ucell in underground”.
In case of active service “Ucell in underground”, re-activation is not available.
When the Internet package is disabled, the traffic allocated within the Internet package will be reset to zero.
The assigned internet traffic is valid only in the underground metro. When leaving the underground metro, traffic is charged according to the tariff plan. If the subscriber goes down to the metro again during the day, then the traffic will continue to be consumed from the bonus traffic. In this case, after entering the metro, it is necessary to switch the mobile device to "Air mode" or restart the phone.
After the expiration of the Internet package, the Internet tariffing will take place according to the terms of the tariff plan.
After the expiration of the service, it is necessary to reconnect the service via USSD *600# for further use.
Internet package is not available on the following tariff plans and with the following services connected: "Special Unlim", "Special Unlim turbo", Internet packages "TAS-IX", "Hourly Internet" service, "Night Internet", "Night Internet Packages", "Mega BOOM", "Maximum Access", "Monthly Unlimited Internet Packages", "4G Internet Packages", "Try 4G at Night".
With the active service “Traffic+” and “Ucell in underground”, the traffic consumption in the underground will primarily occur within the framework of the service “Ucell in underground”.
Internet traffic within the framework of the campaign “Ucell in underground” can also be used in the 3G and 4G networks.
2G network is not available at underground metro stations.
