KEEP TALK SRV
KEEP TALK SRV is an extended warranty service for smartphones purchased at Ucell offices. With this service, you can protect your device from accidental falls, screen cracks, water damage, fire, and damage under manufacturer's warranty. If your smartphone is damaged, the Customer must submit an application by visiting Ucell sales office and exchange your damaged device for a Warranty Service Certificate, which will allow you to immediately purchase a new smartphone at Ucell office.
Why should you use the “Keep Talk SRV” service?
The client can apply for a “Keep Talk SRV” guarantee on the day of purchasing the smartphone at Ucell sales offices. Registration will take a few minutes.
The warranty certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The beginning of the service validity period is the date of payment for the Service.
The category of goods for using the service is smartphones.
Cost of service for 365 days: 12% of the cost of the product.
Amount of compensation when a customer claims a warranty claim:
