Internet packages in roaming

Internet packages in neighboring countries in roaming are valid in the following networks:

1. When activating Internet packages in neighboring countries or worldwide internet package, if the subscriber does not have the Roaming service activated or has the “Roaming without border countries” service active, the “Worldwide Roaming” service will be automatically assigned by default.

3. Subscribers of the Prepaid system and Corporate clients of the “Corporate VIP”, “Individual” and “Businessman”  categories of the Postpaid system can activate and manage Internet packages in roaming via the USSD command *155#.
4. Make sure that the internet package is assigned successfully using USSD *155# (Active services in roaming). If the package is not activated, the tariffication for the Internet will be carried out according to the zone tariffication in roaming. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the services rendered;
5. For the correct operation of Internet packages in roaming, if at the time of activation the Internet session is active, it is necessary to interrupt the session, connect the package via USSD *155# and resume the session after successful activation of the package;
6. Subscribers and customers of the business segment, in order to activate the packages, must apply in writing form to the customer service department of the business segment of the Company.
7. Internet packages in roaming are assigned for 30 days from the moment of connection without auto-renewal. After the expiration of the term, the remaining MB will be reset to zero.
8. With an active Internet package, the Internet over the limit is blocked. To unblock the Internet over the limit, you need to deactivate the Internet package in roaming.
9. If the Internet package is disabled, further tariffication for Internet in roaming will be carried out according to the zone tariffication in roaming.
10. Activation of the service is not possible if the subscriber has an active International Automatic Roaming (IDA) service.
11. When activating an internet package in roaming, if the subscriber has active internet packages in roaming, unlimited internet in roaming or the “Always in touch” with Megafon package, then these packages are deactivated, the limits within the services / packages are reset to zero.
12. Packages are not available on the following tariff plans of Postpaid and Prepaid systems: M2M, “Tourist”, “Gigaman” and “Gigaman BN”, “Mib S” tariff lines, as well as special loyalty program tariffs.
13. Internet packages can be activated only if the subscriber has enough funds on the account.
14. When you reconnect Internet packages in roaming with an active Internet package in roaming, the balance of unused traffic will be reset to zero.
15. Quota of billed information in the presence of MB within Internet packages in roaming for all subscribers is 16 KB;
