After service activation
all charges (subscriber fee) from the balance of the subscriber will be suspended;
provisioning of free / paid services (calls, SMS, Internet, additional services, etc.) will be stopped;
USSD service will be available in limited mode (*100#, *102# - *109#, *450#**);
Expiration date of bonus balances (for example, SMS and Internet packages) will be extended by the number of days of "Number freeze" service use;
All services are blocked except for incoming free SMS.

The service is not available to subscribers of the “Special BN” tariff line, as well as within the framework of the “Wished number” and “Beautiful number in installments” services.
If subscriber deactivates the service until expiration period of 180 or 365 days, recalculation will not be performed;
If "Freeze number" service was not deactivated after 6 or 12 months on Day 181 or Day 366, respectively, write-off of daily subscriber fee (in amount of 1000 sum/day) will be automatically activated. If there is not enough money on the balance to write off the daily subscription fee within 3 days, the “Number freeze” service will be disabled. Then the number will be available according to the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan.
The service is not assigned with the automatic assignment function. To reactivate the service after 6 or 12 months, you first need to disable the service, then reconnect it via USSD request or the Ucell mobile application. For subscribers who activated the service before November 1, 2021, when disabling the service, you must select a new tariff plan from those available for change at the time of disabling.
To reactivate the service for the purpose of prolonging it for a new period, you must first deactivate the service, then switch to active status at the current tariff (if necessary, pay the subscription fee for the current period) and reactivate the service.
When the subscriber deactivates “Number freeze” service, free/paid communication services (calls, SMS, Internet, additional services, etc.) will be available again for use and subscription according to the terms of the tariff plan;
When the subscriber deactivates "Freeze Number" service unused bonuses (for example, SMS and Internet packages) will be available again;
The activation of the service in roaming will be available in case of the previously activated "Roaming-Online" service. Further management of the "Number Freeze" service will be unavailable due to the fact that roaming will be disabled.
