The 100 GB bonus package is valid for 90 days from the activation date. Available only to new prepaid subscribers who activate a SIM card or eSIM through the Ucell mobile app. The bonus package is provided free of charge and does not renew automatically. Any unused data expires after 90 days. The remaining data balance can be checked using USSD *107#. The package is available only while the subscriber account is in Active status. If the subscriber changes the tariff plan, the remaining bonus data remains available until the end of the 90-day validity period. The package cannot be deactivated manually.

GENERAL TERMS

Connection to Bor Mobile tariff plans is available exclusively through the Ucell mobile application using one of the following methods: ∙ eSIM activation; ∙ activation of a SIM card intended for self-registration; ∙ mobile number porting from another mobile operator through MNP. Connection is available only to individuals aged from 18 to 25 inclusive. The subscriber&rsquo;s age is verified automatically through the Ucell mobile application. Connection is available only to residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Non-residents are not eligible. Connection to Bor Mobile tariff plans is available from July 16, 2026 through October 15, 2026. One subscriber may activate only one tariff plan from the Bor Mobile line. BENEFITS FOR NEW CONNECTIONS When a subscriber activates any Bor Mobile tariff plan through the Ucell mobile application, the following benefits are provided: ∙ A discount of UZS 15,000 on the monthly fee for the first billing period under the current self-registration mechanism. The discount applies only when activating a SIM card intended for self-registration. It does not apply to connections made through eSIM or MNP. ∙ A bonus of 100 GB of internet traffic under the current self-registration mechanism. The bonus is provided when connecting through a SIM card intended for self-registration, eSIM, or MNP. SERVICE PROVISION RULES Internet, voice minute, and SMS allowances are provided monthly after the monthly fee has been deducted successfully. Unused allowances are not carried over to the next billing period. If the balance is insufficient, the monthly fee is not deducted and the allowances are not provided. The monthly fee is not deducted below zero. Once the balance is topped up with a sufficient amount, the monthly fee is deducted automatically and new allowances are provided according to the selected tariff plan. The next monthly fee deduction date is determined by the date of the most recent successful deduction. PART 3. CHANGES BETWEEN TARIFF PLANS Subscribers may switch only between tariff plans within the Bor Mobile line. Switching from other Company tariff plans to Bor Mobile tariff plans is not available. Switching from Bor Mobile tariff plans to other tariff plans is also not available. Switching between Bor Mobile tariff plans is free of charge. When switching to another Bor Mobile tariff plan, all unused allowances under the previous tariff plan are cancelled. After the switch is completed successfully, the subscriber receives the allowances included in the new tariff plan. RESTRICTIONS Bor Mobile digital tariff plans cannot be activated through Company-owned sales offices, dealer outlets, USSD commands, or the Call Center. Existing subscribers cannot switch from other Company tariff plans to Bor Mobile tariff plans. Connection to Bor Mobile tariff plans is available exclusively through the Ucell mobile application using one of the following methods: ∙ eSIM activation; ∙ activation of a SIM card intended for self-registration; ∙ mobile number porting through MNP. The Company reserves the right to refuse the provision of these tariff conditions if fraudulent activity or attempts to circumvent the connection requirements are identified. OTHER TERMS All services not specified in these terms are provided in accordance with the Public Offer for the Provision of Prepaid Cellular Radiotelephone Services in the Network of COSCOM LLC. The Company has the right to amend or terminate connection to the tariff plans by notifying subscribers in advance in accordance with the established procedure. PART 4. MONTHLY FEE DEDUCTION The monthly fee is deducted and the included allowances are assigned according to the following rules: ∙ The monthly fee deduction date is the date on which the subscriber activates or switches to the tariff plan. ∙ Upon a new connection or a tariff plan change, the full monthly fee is deducted and the full allowances are assigned without prorating, provided that the subscriber has sufficient funds on the balance. ∙ If the balance is insufficient or negative, the monthly fee is not deducted, the included allowances are not assigned, and the subscriber&rsquo;s balance is not charged into debt. ∙ The monthly fee is deducted once per month from the date of the most recent successful deduction. The next deduction date is determined by the date of the most recent successful monthly fee deduction. ∙ The next monthly fee deduction and allowance assignment take place between 00:00 and 08:00. The exact deduction time is not fixed. The subscriber must maintain sufficient funds on the balance for the monthly fee to be deducted in full. If the deduction date is the 31st and the next month has only 30, 29, or 28 days, the fee is deducted on the last day of that month. If payments remain timely and the number remains active without interruption, the following deduction will again take place on the 31st, where applicable. PART 5. INSUFFICIENT BALANCE AND NIGHT INTERNET If the balance is insufficient at the time of monthly fee deduction, the subscriber&rsquo;s number is blocked. The monthly fee is not deducted until the balance contains the full required amount. Once the balance is topped up with a sufficient amount, the monthly fee is deducted immediately. The number returns to active status and the tariff allowances are assigned. Afterward, the monthly fee is deducted according to the subscriber&rsquo;s new billing period, once per month from the date of the most recent successful deduction. NIGHT INTERNET CONDITIONS Night internet traffic is available from 01:00 through 06:59:59. For the service to operate correctly, the subscriber must end the active internet session at 01:00 and at 07:00, and then start a new session. BLOCKING CONDITIONS LIVE ZERO: when the balance is zero, all communication services remain available. The number is blocked: ∙ when the balance is positive but insufficient to deduct the monthly fee; ∙ when the balance is negative due to applicable additional services. Changing the tariff plan is unavailable while the number is blocked. If the subscriber&rsquo;s balance contains enough funds to pay the monthly fee for another available tariff plan, the subscriber may switch to that tariff plan through any available method. PART 6. SERVICES AVAILABLE WHILE BLOCKED While the number is blocked, the subscriber may continue using any remaining allowances from previously purchased monthly internet packages until those packages expire. The general conditions applicable to blocked status are available on the Company&rsquo;s website. After successful monthly fee payment, the monthly allowances under the tariff plan are assigned only after the monthly fee for the current period has been deducted successfully. Unused monthly allowances assigned during the current period are not carried over to the next period. To avoid service interruption, subscribers are advised to top up their balance in advance with an amount sufficient to cover the monthly fee in full. The assignment of tariff allowances may be checked through the Ucell mobile application or by using the relevant USSD request. After the monthly voice minute or SMS allowance is exhausted, calls and SMS are charged according to the rates applicable above the included allowances under the tariff plan. After all internet traffic included in the tariff plan and additional internet packages is exhausted, internet access is suspended. The subscriber receives an SMS containing a link to restore internet access by selecting one of the following options: ∙ renew the tariff allowances by activating Restart; ∙ purchase an internet package; ∙ enable mobile internet charged per 1 MB above the allowance; ∙ change the tariff plan. PART 7. INTERNET CHARGED ABOVE THE ALLOWANCE If the subscriber enables mobile internet charged per 1 MB above the allowance and later purchases a monthly internet package, internet usage will again be charged per 1 MB after the additional package is exhausted. This charging will continue until the next monthly fee deduction under the tariff plan. The &ldquo;Enable mobile internet charged per 1 MB above the allowance&rdquo; option may also be activated independently through the relevant USSD request. When internet access is blocked, the subscriber must disable mobile data to use payment applications correctly in offline mode. RESTART SERVICE CONDITIONS 1. The Restart service is activated through the Ucell mobile application or the relevant USSD request. 2. Restart is available only to subscribers whose numbers are in active status. 3. Restart allows the subscriber to initiate a new monthly fee deduction and receive the monthly allowances included in the tariff plan. 4. After successful Restart activation, the subscriber&rsquo;s monthly billing period is updated based on the date of the most recent successful Restart activation. 5. Upon Restart activation, the full monthly fee is deducted from the subscriber&rsquo;s balance and the full monthly allowances are assigned under the tariff plan. PART 8. ADDITIONAL RESTART CONDITIONS 6. To activate Restart, the subscriber must have sufficient funds on the balance to cover the full monthly fee. 7. After Restart is activated successfully, all remaining SMS and internet allowances previously assigned under the tariff plan are cancelled. 8. Restart is unavailable on the scheduled monthly fee deduction date. 9. Restart may be used only once per calendar day, from 00:00 through 23:59. NOTE Smartphones use mobile internet traffic in the background by default. Background traffic may include: ∙ operating system updates; ∙ application updates; ∙ synchronization of widgets such as weather and calendar; ∙ synchronization of social media applications; ∙ analytics services and counters, including Google, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, and stats.g.doubleclick.net. Traffic used for these purposes is charged according to the Ucell Internet rate specified in the tariff plan. Where the subscriber has an active internet package covering all destinations, such traffic is deducted from the available allowance of that package.
