You need to contact one of Ucell offices located in your city to use the service. In this case, the previous number and additional Company services you use will be retained. Contacts are not transferred to the new SIM card.

In the case of loss, if you are Postpaid subscriber, immediately inform about the incident the Information Service of the company via phones: (+998 93)180-0000, 181-0000. You need call your number, surname of SIM-card owner and access code. After check all information, our specialists will block the SIM-card so that no one would be to call using your number, spending your money.

The “SIM card replacement” service is provided on a paid basis.
In order to use the service, you must personally contact any sales and subscriber service office of the Company and go through the identification procedure in one of the following ways, providing:
1. Providing an original of one of the following documents with a valid expiration date, certifying your identity:
• identification card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• biometric passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• new type of driver's license for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• old-style driver's license for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• passport of a foreign citizen;
• officer’s ID, military ID
• *accreditation card (for employees of diplomatic missions and representative offices);
• residence permit for foreigners;
• residence permit or travel document for stateless persons;
• certificate of a stateless person;
• foreign passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• student card;
• military ID;
• pension certificate;
• identification of employees of state enterprises, organizations and departments;
• Malumotnoma/Certificate - Form No. 9, issued by the internal affairs bodies in case of loss of a passport, with a photograph, on the back of which a stamp of permanent or temporary registration is placed. The certificate is issued for a period of up to six months.
2. An electronic version of the identity document uploaded to your MyGov application profile, with mandatory biometric identification via the Face ID system;
3. A QR code generated in your MyGov application profile for scanning by a Company employee, with mandatory biometric identification via the Face ID system.
