*Upon successful registration in the operator's network, calls and SMS are available to the subscriber. To activate the “On Board” unlimited internet package, the subscriber must dial *155# and select the “On Board” package.
It is recommended to activate the service during the flight after registering on the AeroMobile network.
After takeoff and reaching cruising altitude:
— turn on your phone and make sure flight mode is disabled;
— connect to the AeroMobile network automatically or select it manually (AeroMob / AeroMobile / 901 14);
— dial *155#, select the “On Board” package, and wait for the SMS confirmation;
— turn on mobile internet.
Please note: mobile internet operates on the 3G network.
The “On Board” package is available only in the “AeroМobile” operator’s network (NORAM).
Activation of the Internet package is available only in active status and with the active service “Roaming without border countries” / “Roaming around the world” for subscribers of the Prepaid system, as well as to Corporate clients of the Corporate VIP, Individual and Businessman categories of the Postpaid system.
When activating the package before takeoff, if the subscriber does not have a valid Roaming service, the system will automatically assign the “Roaming without border countries” service (Camel Not Full roaming). If you are going to border countries, we ask you to activate the “Roaming around the world” service (Camel Full roaming) in advance.
Subscribers and clients of the business segment, to activate the package, must contact the business segment customer service department of the Company in writing form. The service can be assigned on the day of application or on a future date, however, the Company does not recalculate the unused time of the package by the subscriber from the moment of activation.
Upon successful assignment of the “On Board” package, the Internet is unblocked for 24 hours from the moment the package is activated in the Aeromobile operator’s network (NORAM).
In case of transfer from one flight to another during the validity period of the package, if this airline is a roaming partner and supports the network from Aeromobile (NORAM), then the package will be valid on the network of Aeromobile (NORAM) on board the aircraft until the expiration date.
AeroMobile is available on Uzbekistan Airways B787 Dreamliner aircraft with registration numbers UK78704 and UK78705. The aircraft registration number can be verified at the airport on the day of departure (at the check-in counter or from airline representatives). The up-to-date list of all AeroMobile partner airlines is available on the official Aeromobile website.
The package can be deactivated/reactivated on any day of the month using the USSD request *155#, via PC, www.ucell.uz, as well as at the Company’s service offices.
Activation of the package is not possible if the subscriber has an active “International Automatic Roaming” (IAP) service.
The package is not available on the following tariff plans of the Postpaid and Prepaid systems: M2M tariff lines, “Tourist” TL, Gigaman and Gigaman BN, Mib S, as well as special loyalty program tariffs.
The quota for charged information in the presence of MB within the framework of Internet packages in roaming for all subscribers is 16 KB.
