Internet packages in Russia

Packages are available only in MegaFon and t2 network

1. When activating internet packages in Russia, if the subscriber does not have an active roaming service, the “Roaming Worldwide” service will be automatically assigned by default.

2. Activation and deactivation of roaming internet packages can be done through the following service channels:

a.Ucellserviceoffices;

b. Ucell customer support: 8123 or 8111;

c. Personal account;

d. Ucell mobile application; e. USSD request *155#

3. For Prepaid subscribers and corporate clients of Postpaid categories Corporate VIP, Individual and Businessman, activation and management of the service is available via USSD command *155#.

4. Subscribers and clients of the business segment need to submit a written request to the Company’s business customer support department to activate the service.

5. Make sure that the internet package has been successfully assigned using USSD *155# (Active services in roaming). If the package is not activated, internet usage will be charged according to zonal roaming тариffication. In such cases, the Company does not perform recalculation for the provided services.

6. The service is available only in the networks of MegaFon and t2 (Russia).

7. When an internet package is active, internet access beyond the limit is blocked. To unblock access beyond the limit, it is necessary to deactivate the roaming internet package.

8. After deactivation of the internet package, further internet usage in roaming will be charged according to zonal roaming тариffication.

9. For proper operation of the service in roaming, if an internet session is active at the time of activation, it is necessary to terminate the session, activate the service, and after successful activation, resume the session.

10. Roaming internet packages are assigned for 30 days from the moment of activation without auto-renewal. After expiration, the remaining MB will be reset.

11. Activation of the service is not possible if the subscriber has an active “International Automatic Roaming” (IAR) service.

12. Upon activation of the service, if the subscriber has active roaming internet packages, MIX packages, “Unlimited Internet 2.0” or the “Always Connected” package, these packages will be deactivated and their limits will be forfeited.

13. Packages are not available on the following tariff plans of Postpaid and Prepaid systems: M2M and “Tourist” tariff lines.

14. Internet packages can only be activated if the subscriber has sufficient balance on the account.
