The promotion is valid from 17 August 2026 to 15 October 2026. The offer is available only for new Prepaid activations. To purchase a promotional bundle with a Ucell SIM card, an individual customer must visit one of the Company's own sales offices and present a valid identity document. The promotional terms including the BOR 70 tariff plan apply only to "smartphone + smartphone" bundles. When purchasing a "smartphone + smartphone" bundle, the primary smartphone is connected to the BOR 70 tariff plan with 3 months free of monthly subscription fees, while the secondary smartphone is connected to the BOR 70 tariff plan with 1 month free of monthly subscription fees. "Smartphone + headphones" promotional bundles are sold without connection to the BOR 70 tariff plan. At the customer's request, the BOR 70 tariff plan may be declined. In this case, the promotional benefits associated with the tariff plan will not be provided. The Restart service is unavailable during the free subscription period. If the tariff plan is changed, the free subscription period will be terminated. The "Preferred Number" and "Beautiful Number in Installments" services are unavailable during the free subscription period. The "Number Re-registration" and "Number Retention" services are unavailable during the free subscription period. After the free subscription period ends, the monthly subscription fee will be charged according to the terms of the connected tariff plan. Promotional bundles with a Ucell SIM card are available only with a new Prepaid activation at the Company's own sales offices throughout the Republic. The number of promotional bundles is limited.
