Subscriptions for “Katta Doimiy Start”, “Katta Doimiy 55”, “Katta Doimiy 70” tariffs

1. Subscribers with a subscription to “Katta Doimiy Start”, “Katta Doimiy 55” or “Katta Doimiy 70” tariff plan can switch to other open tariff plans of the Prepaid system;

Important! When switching to another tariff plan, the subscription terms are terminated.

2. Subscription fee write-off and limit assignment:

- The subscription is provided for 3, 6 or 12 months;

- The fee is debited depending on the selected subscription if there is a sufficient amount on the balance and the limits are assigned monthly in full (not scaled);

- If there are insufficient funds on the balance to write off the subscription fee, the write-off does not occur, the included traffic limits are not assigned, the subscriber's number balance is not written off in the negative;

- After the end of the 3, 6 or 12 month subscription period, the subscription fee will be charged monthly according to the commercial terms of the tariff plan.

3. Monthly limits under the terms of the tariff plan are provided for 1 month from the date of assignment. The remainder of the monthly limits assigned in the current period are not carried over to the next period;
4. Activation of the “Restart” service is not available during the validity period of the subscription to the tariff plan;
5. Activation of the “Number freeze” service is not available;
6. New connection of the number within “Wished number” and “Beautiful number in installments” services is not available for subscribers who have connected a subscription to “Katta Doimiy Start”, “Katta Doimiy 55” or “Katta Doimiy 70” tariff plan;
7. “We appreciate you!” and “U+” loyalty programs are available for subscribers who have connected a subscription to “Katta Doimiy Start”, “Katta Doimiy 55” or “Katta Doimiy 70” tariff plan;
8. The limits provided within the subscription are not available for subscribers in roaming;
9. When switching to another tariff plan, in case of early termination of the subscriber agreement or in case of refusal of this service at the initiative of the subscriber for any reason, the subscription fee is not subject to refund/recalculation.
