After your request is accepted, you need to wait for a call from a specialist of the company from the phone number +998931800000. If you did not answer the call of the specialist, or the number was barred for incoming calls, or the phone was out of reach, then attempts to call you will be made 3 times within 30 minutes during the working day, in cases where the request was received after 17:30, dialing attempts will be made during the last minutes before the end of the working day.
Only one request can be sent within 30 minutes. Payment will be charged for each successful (sent) request.
If within the time specified in the terms of service there is no response from your side, then your request within the "Order a call" service will be closed and the chraged funds will not be refunded.
Subscriber information about connected services, charges and completed events (calls, SMS, GPRS sessions, etc.) is provided only after the subscriber is identified. Otherwise, the above information will not be provided. Also, information will be provided only by the number from which the request came.
