Unlimited internet package in roaming

Dear subscriber, after the successful activation of the service, when you use the Internet in roaming, the first 1024 MB are provided at the highest possible speed, after that - at a speed of up to 128 kbit/sec until the expiry of the service.

·        Activation and use of service in roaming is available only in active status with active Camel Full roaming service for privileged Ucell clients;

·        Activation of the package is available both in the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad in the networks of roaming partners (see Coverage area);

·        Activation and deactivation of the service is available via the following service lines:

o   Ucell Customer Service: 7770;

o   Employees of the HV Customer Service Team;

·        Please note that the service will only be available on indicated networks, in other operators' networks Internet billing in roaming will be applied according to zonal billing in roaming. In these cases, the Company will not recalculate for the services rendered;

·        It is not possible to activate the service if monthly Internet packages in roaming or “Roam like at home” service are connected;

·        If there are insufficient funds on the subscriber's account at the time of charging the subscription fee, the service will not be assigned and will not be available;

·        The service is assigned for 24 hours from activation without automatic renewal;  

·        After 24 hours, the service is deactivated. Further Internet billing in roaming will be applied according to the zonal billing in roaming;

·        When reconnecting the service, if you already have an active package, you need to deactivate the current package and then activate a new package. In this case the Company will not recalculate the unused term of the package;

·        The fee for the one-day package is UZS 50 000, charged once per service period. The validity of the service is 24 hours from activation;

·        The bonus included in the package is only available on 2G and 3G networks.
