USSD Request

USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) is a technology that enables real-time communication between a mobile device and the operator’s service system. To use USSD, there is no need to send an SMS or know the SMS center number — simply dial the appropriate USSD command and press the call button.

Depending on its purpose, a USSD request can be used not only to obtain information but also to perform specific actions. For example, USSD commands can be used to activate or deactivate services, activate packages, change a tariff plan, or perform other available operations. Once the request has been processed, the user will receive a message confirming successful completion of the command or a notification explaining why the operation could not be completed.

Delivery speed of information at using USSD is higher than request through center of short messages and answer time is just 2-4 seconds. In each model of telephone there is a special method of showing USSD and answer.

Service doesn’t require connection and included to basic service suite.
