Personal account” is a free service for Prepaid subscribers, allowing you to solve the most important tasks. While using the “Personal account”, the Internet is not consumed from the main tariff or additional packages.

 

The “Personal account” of subscriber's number is available for use after the subscriber has completed registration via the link: https://lk.ucell.uz/login

 

Access to the “Personal account” is possible using a one-time SMS password or a permanent password set by the subscriber.

 

If you select an SMS password to log in or register in your “Personal account”, an SMS with a one-time code will be sent to your subscriber number, which you must enter in the “Password” window.

 

If a permanent password is selected to enter the “Personal account””, the subscriber must first enter the permanent password, following the recommendations in the registration window. Subsequently, the “Personal account” will be accessible using the permanent password.

 

Possibilities of the “Personal account”:

  • Checking balance and remaining limits for tariff plan and additional packages;
  • View information about expenses for this subscriber number for the current month;
  • Change of tariff plan, management (enabling/disabling) of services available for the tariff plan of the subscriber number;
  • Get call details for the last 30 days;
  • Check for active services.

“Personal account” is available to all subscribers of the prepaid service system, and compared to personal account, it's a much more updated and convenient one.

 

The Ucell Personal Account (https://lk.ucell.uz/login) is unavailable while using roaming, foreign Internet providers / mobile operators' networks.

 

The active session period in the “Personal account” is 1 hour.
