Wished number

1. The service is available to subscribers of the Prepaid system on the “Bor”, “TV Bor” and “TV Doimiy” tariff lines, as well as the “Foydali 45”, “Foydali 55”, “Maqsad Lite New”, “Maqsad 60”, “Maqsad 80” and “Maqsad Max” tariff plans.

2. Service terms apply to new subscriptions only.

3. New subscriptions within ‘Wished number’ campaign are carried out at Ucell service offices and dealer points.

4. When connecting a beautiful number in the framework of the service, the cost and rules for connecting to the Ucell network comply with the current rules for this period.

5. Within the framework of “Wished number” service, if there are not enough funds on the subscriber's personal account to charge the subscription fee according to the tariff plan, the subscriber's number automatically switches to a blocked status, in which it can stay for a maximum of 30 days. If, after 30 days from the moment of blocking, the subscriber number has not been transferred to the “Active” status, the Contract for the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services in the COSCOM LLC network with the subscriber is terminated unilaterally.

6. For each successful write-off of a monthly subscription fee for a tariff plan, a subscriber with a connected service will be assigned 1 Unit

7. A subscriber with an activated service can check the number of successful charges for the subscription fee according to the tariff plan via a USSD request *120#, or by contacting the operator of the Company’s own office or contact center.

8. “Re-execution of the Contract”, "Number freeze" service is not available within “Wished number” campaign.

9. Beautiful numbers of the categories “Steel”, “Bronze”, “Silver”, “Gold”, “Platinum”, “VIP” and “LUX *” take part in the “Wished number” service.

Subscribers that had connected the service can change the attached tariff plan to another one within the service by means of *120# USSD-menu.

The cost of switching tariff plans by means of USSD *120# for subscribers with connected service, who haven't fulfilled the conditions (it is necessary to take into account that tariff plans are available for switching, based on the category of a beautiful number):

Subscribers who have fulfilled the conditions of the service will be able to switch to other available tariff plans, according to the terms of transition of the “Bor” tariff line.

Tariff change for the LUX number category is not available until the promotion ends.
