Free of charge access to Ucell resources

Ucell provides free, non-tariffed access to the following website resources:

1. The Company's oficcial website at ucell.uz

2. Subscriber's personal account at the address lk.ucell.uz/login

3. Ucell mobile application (both downloading and updating the contents of the installed application)

Note: •

• Uncharged access to the specified resources is provided when working with the browser of the device manufacturer that the subscriber uses. Important! When using “third-party” mobile browsers (for example, Opera Mini), Ucell does not guarantee uncharged traffic;
• Uncharged download of “My Ucell” application is only possible when downloading the application from the Ucell website;
• Non-tariffed access to the specified resources is provided only to subscribers of Prepaid system;
• Uncharged access to the specified resources is not provided to subscribers located abroad in international roaming.

Please note that most smartphones, when connected to the Internet, generate third-party traffic from installed applications (messengers, weather, news, etc.), and involuntary synchronization with the application store (GooglePlay, AppStore), analytics counters (Google, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net) of various accounts (Google, Facebook, Telegram, etc.) is also possible. This traffic is not included in the scope of the service and is paid for by the subscriber separately, in accordance with the cost of Ucell-Internet for the tariff or the purchased Internet package.
