1. The tariff plan is available of Prepaid subscribers.

2. Writing off the monthly subscription fee and assigning limits:

- The date of writing off the monthly subscription fee in the monthly period is the date of the subscriber's connection to the tariff plan.

- When connecting to a new tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee and limits are written off/assigned in full (not scaled) if there is a sufficient amount on the balance.

- If there are insufficient funds or a negative balance to write off the monthly subscription fee for the tariff, the write-off does not occur, the included traffic limits are not assigned, the subscriber's number balance is not written off as debt.

- The subscription fee is debited once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee within the tariff plan. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is the date of the last successful debiting of the subscription fee within the tariff plan.

- The next monthly subscription fee is written off and limits are assigned within the tariff between 00:00 and 08:00 (the writing off time is not fixed). To write off the monthly subscription fee in full, the subscriber must have sufficient funds on the balance.

- If at the time of writing off the monthly subscription fee there are insufficient funds on the balance to write off the fee, the subscriber's number is blocked. The subscription fee is not written off until there are sufficient funds on the balance to write off the subscription fee in full.

- The monthly subscription fee will be written off immediately when the balance is replenished with a sufficient amount to write off the subscription fee in full. After the subscription fee is written off, the subscriber number will go into active status and limits will be assigned according to the terms of the tariff plan. Then, the subscription fee will be written off according to the subscriber's new monthly period, i.e. within 1 month from the date of the last successful write-off of the subscription fee within the tariff.

3. Blocking conditions:

- Live zero! All communication services are available at zero balance. ***

- The number is blocked if the balance is positive, if there are insufficient funds on the balance at the time of writing off the monthly subscription fee within the tariff plan, or if the balance is negative, if there are corresponding additional services.

- In the blocked status, changing the tariff plan is not available. If the subscriber's balance has a sufficient amount to charge the subscription fee for another available tariff plan + the cost of switching (if switching to the tariff plan is paid), you can change the tariff in all available ways.

- In the blocked status, the subscriber has access to the remaining limits of previously purchased “new monthly Internet packages” until their expiration date (in case of a remainder). (The maximum time you can remain in blocked status is 30 days)

4. Within the framework of the tariff plans of the “Chegarasiz” line, two types of limits are provided:

- minutes and internet to all destinations within Uzbekistan;

- minutes, Internet to all destinations and SMS in roaming in Russia, which are available only in Megafon network;

- Limits within the tariff plan are assigned only after the successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee for the tariff for the current period. The remaining limits assigned in the current period are not carried over to the next period.

- To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend you to top up your balance in advance with a sufficient amount to write off the subscription fee in full and check the assignment of limits within the tariff plan using the Ucell mobile application or USSD request *100#.

- Roaming limits in Russia are available only in Megafon network and are assigned only once from the moment of connection or switching to the tariff.

- When switching to a tariff plan of the “Chegarasiz” line, roaming limits in Russia are assigned again.

- Roaming limits in Russia are available for use only in Megafon network and are assigned only once from the moment of connection or switching to a tariff;

- Roaming limits are valid for 1 month from the moment of connection/transition to the tariff;

- When you activate the “Restart” service, roaming limits in Russia are reset to zero;

- Roaming limits have the highest priority for consumption when roaming in Russia; - When the tariff plan limits are used up, calls and SMS are charged according to the cost for destinations in excess of the limits under the terms of the tariff plan or zonal roaming tariffs.

- Limits for Uzbekistan within the tariff plan are assigned monthly only after the successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee for the tariff;

- Limits for Uzbekistan within the tariff plan are available for use only in Uzbekistan.

- When the Internet traffic limit for all directions in the Megafon network or the monthly Internet traffic limit for Uzbekistan (for all directions) under the tariff plan and additional Internet packages is used up, Internet access is suspended. In this case, the subscriber receives an SMS with a link to resume Internet operation. To continue using the Internet in Uzbekistan, the subscriber must select the option according to which he/she will continue using the Internet:

• Update tariff limits (connect the “Restart” service)- only limits for Uzbekistan will be updated, unused limits in the Megafon network will reset to zero;

• Buy an Internet package;

• Connect mobile Internet at the cost of 1 MB over the limit ****

• Change tariff plan.

To continue using the Internet while roaming in the Russian Federation in the Megafon network, the subscriber must connect to mobile Internet at a cost of 1 MB over the limit ****

****If the subscriber selects the option to use mobile Internet at the cost of 1 MB over the limit, and then purchases a Monthly Internet package (or an Internet package for roaming), then upon expiration of the additional package limits, the Internet will be used at the cost of 1 MB over the limit according to the terms of the tariff plan until the next subscription fee is debited according to the tariff.

The subscriber can also independently activate the option “Connect mobile Internet at a cost of 1 MB over the limit in Uzbekistan” using the USSD request *727#.

The subscriber can also independently activate the option “Connect mobile Internet at the cost of 1 MB over the limit in roaming in Russia” in Ucell mobile application.

When blocking access to the Internet, in order to use payment system applications, the subscriber must disable the data transfer mode for correct operation in offline mode.

Attention:

- in case of tariff change within « Chegarasiz » tariff line to a higher ranked tariff, remaining assigned allowances by previous tariff will be nulled.

- in case of tariff change within « Chegarasiz » tariff line to a lower ranked tariff, remaining assigned allowances by previous tariff will be nulled.

- in case of tariff change to Chegarasiz tariff line from the other tariffs, the remaining allowances by previous tariff will be nulled.

- In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plans, we recommend you to first check the assignment of limits for the tariff plan using the USSD request *100# or Ucell Mobile Application. Before setting the limits, calls, SMS and MB are charged according to the cost for directions in excess of the limits according to the terms of the tariff plan or zonal roaming tariffs.

5. “We appreciate you!” and «U+» loyalty programs are unavailable for “Chegarasiz” tariff plans subscribers. Available U+ packages for activation on tariff plans

6. Calls to information and reference services of JSC “Uzbektelecom”, information and entertainment services of content providers and international destinations do not consume the minutes provided under the terms of tariff plans.

7. Following services are available for subscribers of Chegarasiz tariff plans: «Number freeze» services, New Monthly Internet-packages, Unlimited Ucell Internet-packages in the Subway (only «Unlim for 30 days» package), “Night internet packages”.

8. «Convenient within network», «Convenient within Uzbekistan», «Convenient minutes», Daily and Weekly internet-packages, «Monthly 4G Internet Packages», Daily SMS bundles (and the same packages within the "We appreciate you!" loyalty program terms), «Night Internet», «Hourly Internet», «Ordered Package», «Maximum Access», «Megabytes are returning»,«Traffic+» are unavailable for Chegarasiz tariffs subscribers.

9. When switching to Chegarasiz tariff line, inaccessible services and packages are disabled (except for “Monthly Internet packages”), while the remaining limits and the validity period of the services remain in accordance with their terms;

10. When switching within the Chegarasiz tariff line, unlimited minutes within Uzbekistan and unlimited Internet, previously received under tariff plans with the specified conditions, become unavailable.

11. Monthly Internet traffic limits for social networks and instant messengers, within the framework of corresponding tariff plans, are not carried to the next month after changing the tariff plan.

12. Subscribers using internet-services are recommended to familiarize with additional information concerning reservation of funds within 4G network.

Terms of “Restart” service

1. The “Restart” service is activated using USSD: *222#

2. The “Restart” service is available to subscribers in active status.

5. To connect the service, the subscriber's balance must have a sufficient amount to write off the subscription fee for the tariff in full. After activating the “Restart” service, the subscription fee will be written off and the limits will be assigned in full within the tariff.

6. The remaining limits (minutes within Uzbekistan, SMS and MB), previously assigned within the tariff plan, are reset to zero upon successful activation of the “Restart” service.

7. On the day of the monthly subscription fee debit for the tariff plan, the “Restart” service is not available for activation.

8. You can use the “Restart” service only once a day (from the beginning of the current day, from 00:00 to 23:59).
