1. The tariff plan is available for new connections to Prepaid subscribers.
2. Charging the monthly subscription fee and assigning limits:
- The date the monthly subscription fee is charged in a monthly period is the date of connection to the tariff.
- When you sign up for a new tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee and limits are charged/assigned in full (not scaled) if there is a sufficient amount on the balance.
- If there are insufficient funds or a negative balance to charge the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff, the charge-off does not occur, limits of included traffic are not assigned, and the balance of the subscriber’s number is not written off as debt.
- The subscription fee is charged once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan.
The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is the date of the last successful debiting of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan.
- The next monthly subscription fee is debited and limits within the tariff are assigned in the period from 00:00 to 08:00 (the debiting time is not fixed). To charge the monthly subscription fee in full, the subscriber must have sufficient funds on the balance.
– The subscription fee is charged once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is the date of the last successful debiting of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan (if the date for charging the subscription fee was set to the 31st day, and the next month is 30/29/28 days, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th, or 28/29th in the month of February. If you pay the subscription fee according to the tariff plan on time (the number is continuously in active status), the subsequent debiting of the subscription fee will be on the 31st).
- If at the time of charging the monthly subscription fee there are not enough funds on the balance to charge the fee, then the subscriber’s number is blocked.
The subscription fee is not debited until there are sufficient funds on the balance to charge the subscription fee in full.
- The monthly subscription fee will be debited immediately upon replenishing the balance with a sufficient amount to charge the subscription fee in full. After the subscription fee is charged, the subscriber number will transfer to active status and limits will be assigned according to the terms of the tariff plan. Further, the subscription fee will be debited according to the new monthly subscriber period, i.e. within 1 month from the date of the last successful charge of the subscription fee according to the tariff.
- the number is blocked if there is a positive balance, in case of insufficient funds on the balance at the time the monthly subscription fee is charged according to the tariff plan, or a negative balance, if the corresponding additional services are available;
- In blocked status, changing the tariff plan is not available. If there is a sufficient amount on the subscriber’s balance to charge the subscription fee for another available tariff plan + the cost of switching (if switching to a tariff plan is paid), you can change the tariff using all available methods.
- in blocked status, the subscriber has access to the remaining limits of previously purchased monthly Internet packages until their expiration date (in case of a balance).

3. Monthly limits within the tariff plan are assigned only after successful charging of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff for the current period. Monthly limits, according to the terms of the tariff plan, are provided for 1 month from the date of appointment.
- To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend you to replenish your balance with a sufficient amount to write off the subscription fee in full and check the assignment of limits on the tariff plan using the Ucell mobile application or USSD request *100#.
- When the monthly limits under the tariff plan are spent, calls and SMS are charged according to the cost in directions in excess of the limits under the terms of the tariff plan.
- If the monthly Internet traffic limit on the tariff plan and additional Internet packages are spent, Internet access is suspended. In this case, the subscriber receives an SMS with a link to resume Internet operation. To continue using the Internet, the subscriber must select the option according to which he or she will continue using the Internet:
• Update tariff limits (connect the “Restart” service);
• Buy internet package;
• Connect the mobile Internet at a cost of 1 MB over the limit ****
• Change tariff plan
****If the subscriber chooses the option to use mobile Internet at a cost of 1 MB above the limit, and then purchases a Monthly Internet package, then after the limits of the additional package expire, the Internet will be consumed at a cost of 1 MB above the limit according to the terms of the tariff plan until the next subscription fee is charged according to the tariff.

The subscriber can also independently use the option “Connect mobile Internet at a cost of 1 MB above the limit” using the USSD request *727#.

When access to the Internet is blocked, in order to use payment system applications, the subscriber must disable the data transfer mode for correct operation in offline mode.

Please note:
- When switching to another tariff, previously assigned limits under the previous tariff plan are reset to zero.
- To avoid misunderstandings, before using limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you to check the assignment of the limits on the tariff plan using the USSD request *100# or through the Ucell mobile application. Before setting limits for minutes, SMS and MB, charging is carried out according to the cost for destinations in excess of the limits in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan.

4. The limits provided within the tariff plan are not available to subscribers in roaming.
5. Subscribers of the “Tourist” tariff plan have access to the “You`ve got a call” (option for 30 days), New Monthly Internet packages, Unlimited Ucell packages in underground (only the “Unlim for 30 days” package), “Night Internet packages”, “Try 4G at night”, “TAS-IX Internet packages” services, “Al Chiroq” promotion (MB and SMS packages only), “Traffic+”.
6. Subscribers of the “Tourist” tariff plan do not have access to the “Convenient minutes”, “Convenient within network” and “Convenient within Uzbekistan” packages, Daily and weekly Internet packages, “Daily SMS packages”, the “We Appreciate You” loyalty program (and similar packages within “We Appreciate You” loyalty program), “Number freeze”, “Night Internet”, “Ordered package”, “Hourly Internet” and “Maximum Access”, “Megabytes are returning” services.
7. Unlimited calls received within the tariff plan are not transferred to the next month, provided that the subscription fee for the tariff plan is charged in a timely manner, as well as after changing the tariff plan.
8. Subscribers using Internet services are recommended to familiarize themselves with Additional information about the cash reservation system and the features of the 4G network.
9. To avoid fraudulent connections, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with the subscriber if outgoing traffic within 30 days after connection is close to 0.
10. When you connect to the “Tourist” tariff line, the “Worldwide roaming” service is enabled by default.
11. Calls to information and reference services of JSC “Uzbektelecom”, information and entertainment services of content providers and international destinations do not consume the minutes provided under the terms of tariff plans.
11.1 Services of JSC «Uzbektelecom». Tariffing is made for the connection, according to the cost specified in the table via https://ucell.uz/ru/services/jsc_uzbektelecom (if there are limits, the limits are not used. The write-off will be made from the subscriber's balance according to the cost in excess of the limit under the terms of the tariff plan). The cost of a minute of a call is charged according to your tariff plan per minute, starting from the 1st second after the connection, rounded up to a full minute.
