1. The tariff plan is available for new connections and transitions for Prepaid system subscribers.

2. You can switch to the “Yangi Start” tariff plan only from following tariff plans: Ovoz, Ovoz 25, Marhamat, Start , Cosmo Start, Sof Plus, Sof Plus, Doimiy Start, Student, Foydali, New Foydali, Foydali Plus, Tantana, Katta Tantana, Simple, New Year, With gratitude!, More, Good mood, Cool mood. Cost of transition - 0 UZS.

3. Write-off of monthly subscription fee and assignment of limits:

- The date of debiting the monthly subscription fee in the monthly period is the date of connection/transition of the subscriber to the tariff plan.

- When connecting/switching to a tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee and limits are written off/assigned in full (not scaled) if there is a sufficient amount on the balance.

- If there are insufficient funds or a negative balance to write off the monthly subscription fee for the tariff, the write-off does not occur, the included traffic limits are not assigned, the subscriber's number balance is not written off as debt.

- The subscription fee is debited once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee within the tariff plan. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is the date of the last successful debiting of the subscription fee within the tariff plan.

- The next monthly subscription fee is written off and limits are assigned within the tariff between 00:00 and 08:00 (the writing-off time is not fixed). To write off the monthly subscription fee in full, the subscriber must have sufficient funds on the balance.

- If at the time of writing off the monthly subscription fee there are insufficient funds on the balance to write off the fee, the subscriber's number is blocked. The subscription fee is not written off until there are sufficient funds on the balance to write off the subscription fee in full.

- The monthly subscription fee will be written off immediately when the balance is replenished with a sufficient amount to write off the subscription fee in full. After the subscription fee is written off, the subscriber number will go into active status and limits will be assigned according to the terms of the tariff plan. Then, the subscription fee will be written off according to the subscriber's new monthly period, i.e. within 1 month from the date of the last successful write-off of the subscription fee within the tariff.

- When connecting to the tariff within the "1+1" promotion, the maximum number blocking period will be 30 days.

4. Blocking conditions:

- the number is blocked with a positive balance, in case of insufficient funds on the balance at the time of writing off the monthly subscription fee under the tariff plan, or a negative balance, in case of the presence of the corresponding additional services;

- in the blocked status, changing the tariff plan is not available; if the subscriber's balance has a sufficient amount to charge the subscription fee for another available tariff plan + the cost of switching (if switching to the tariff plan is paid), you can change the tariff in all available ways.

- in the blocked status, the subscriber has access to the remainder of the limits of previously purchased “new monthly Internet packages” until their expiration (in case of a remainder).

5. Monthly limits within the tariff plan are assigned only after the successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee for the tariff for the current period. Monthly limits under the terms of the tariff plan are provided for 1 month from the date of assignment. Even in case of timely payment of the subscription fee for the tariff plan, the remainder of the monthly limits are not available in the new period.

- To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend you to top up your balance in advance with a sufficient amount to write off the subscription fee in full and check the assignment of limits within the tariff plan using the USSD request *100#.

- When the monthly limits within the tariff plan are used up, calls and SMS are charged according to the cost for destinations in excess of the limits under the terms of the tariff plan.

- When the monthly Internet traffic limit for the tariff plan and additional Internet packages is used up, Internet access is suspended. In this case, the subscriber receives an SMS with a link to resume Internet operation. To continue using the Internet, the subscriber must select the option according to which he/she will continue using the Internet:

Update tariff limits (connect the “Restart” service);
Buy an Internet package;
Connect mobile Internet at the cost of 1 MB over the limit*;
Change the tariff plan: *120#

* If the subscriber selects the option to use mobile Internet at the cost of 1 MB over the limit, and then purchases a Monthly Internet package, then upon expiration of the additional package limits, the Internet will be used at the cost of

1 MB over the limit according to the terms of the tariff plan until the next subscription fee is debited according to the tariff.

The subscriber can also independently activate the option “Connect mobile Internet at the cost of 1 MB over the limit” using the USSD request *727#.

When blocking access to the Internet, in order to use payment system applications, the subscriber must disable the data transfer mode for correct operation in offline mode.

Please note:

If the subscription fee is written off on time, previous limits are not carried over to the next period.

6. Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume the minutes provided under the terms of he tariff plan.

7. The limits provided within the tariff plan are not available for subscribers in roaming.

8. Subscribers of the “Yangi Start” tariff plan can switch to other open tariff plans.

Services available on the “Yangi Start” tariff:

Number freeze, “Internet Mega BOOM” package, “Restart” service, “TAS-IX 8000/14000/20000” line, Traffic +, New monthly internet packages, You`ve got a call, “You`ve got a call” for 30 days, Unlimited internet packages in the underground (only the option “Unlim for 30 days”), “Al Chiroq” promotion, Monthly 4G Internet packages, Night Internet packages, SMS packages.

Services not available on the “Yangi Start” tariff:

Convenient within network, Convenient within Uzbekistan, Daily internet packages, “Monthly Internet packages” package group, Ordered package, “Hourly Internet” promotion, Weekly internet packages, “You`ve got a call for Sof” service.

Terms of “Restart” service

1. The “Restart” service is activated using USSD *222#

2. The “Restart” service is available to subscribers in active status.

3. The “Restart” service allows the subscriber to independently activate the monthly subscription fee and receive monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After activating the “Restart” service, the subscriber's monthly period is updated according to the date of the last successful activation of this service.

4. After activating the “Restart” service, the monthly subscription fee in the amount of the full cost is debited from the subscriber's balance and full monthly limits are assigned within the subscriber's tariff plan. Then, the subscriber's monthly subscription fee is debited according to the subscriber's new monthly period.

5. To connect the service, the subscriber's balance must have a sufficient amount to write off the subscription fee for the tariff in full. After activating the “Restart” service, the subscription fee will be written off and the limits will be assigned in full within the tariff.

6. The remaining limits (SMS and minutes within Uzbekistan, MB), previously assigned within the tariff plan, are reset to zero upon successful activation of the “Restart” service.

7. On the day of the monthly subscription fee debit for the tariff plan, the “Restart” service is not available for activation.

8. You can use the “Restart” service only once a day (from the beginning of the current day, from 00:00 to 23:59).
