The tariff is available only for new connections in Kokand city.

1. The tariff plan is available for new connections to Prepaid subscribers.

2. Write-off of monthly subscription fee and assignment of limits:

- The date of debiting the monthly subscription fee in a monthly period is the date of connection to the tariff.

- When you connect to a new tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee and limits are written off/assigned in full (not scaled) if there is a sufficient amount on the balance.

- If there are insufficient funds or a negative balance to write off the monthly subscription fee for the tariff, the write-off does not occur, the included traffic limits are not assigned, the subscriber's number balance is not written off as debt.

- The subscription fee is charged once per month, starting from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee under the tariff plan. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is the date of the last successful debit of the subscription fee under the tariff plan.

- The next monthly subscription fee is debited and tariff limits are assigned between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM (the debit time is not fixed). To debit the monthly subscription fee in full, the subscriber must have sufficient funds in their account.

- The subscription fee is charged once per month, starting from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee under the tariff plan. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is the date of the last successful debit of the subscription fee under the tariff plan (if the subscription fee debit date was set for the 31st, and the following month has 30/29/28 days, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th, or on the 28th/29th of February. If the subscription fee under the tariff plan is paid on time (the number remains continuously active), the next subscription fee will be charged on the 31st).

- If there are insufficient funds in the account balance to cover the monthly subscription fee at the time the fee is debited, the subscriber's number will be blocked. The subscription fee will not be debited until there are sufficient funds in the account balance to cover the full amount.

- The monthly subscription fee will be debited immediately upon replenishment of the balance with a sufficient amount to cover the full subscription fee. After the subscription fee is debited, the subscriber number will become active and the limits set by the tariff plan will be applied. Subsequently, the subscription fee will be debited according to the subscriber's new monthly period, i.e., within one month from the date of the last successful subscription fee debit under the tariff.

- The number is blocked if the balance is positive, if there are insufficient funds on the balance at the time of debiting the monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan, or if the balance is negative, if there are corresponding additional services. When blocked, changing the tariff plan is unavailable. If the subscriber has sufficient funds in their balance to cover the subscription fee for another available tariff plan plus the cost of switching (if switching to the tariff plan requires a fee), they can change the tariff plan using all available methods.

- In the blocked status, the subscriber has access to the remaining limits of previously purchased monthly Internet packages until their expiration (if there is a balance).

3. Monthly limits within the tariff plan are assigned only after the monthly subscription fee for the current period has been successfully debited. According to the tariff plan terms, monthly limits are provided for one month from the date of assignment.

- To avoid any misunderstandings, we recommend you to top up your balance in advance with a sufficient amount to cover the full subscription fee and check the assigned limits for your tariff plan using the Ucell mobile app or the USSD request *100#.

- When the monthly limits under the tariff plan are used up, calls and SMS are charged according to the cost for the directions exceeding the limits under the terms of the tariff plan.

Please note:

- To avoid misunderstandings, before using your tariff plan limits, we recommend you to first verify your tariff plan limits using the USSD request *100# or through the Ucell mobile app. Before assigning minute, SMS, and MB limits, charges are applied based on the cost for destinations exceeding the limits, as per the tariff plan terms.

-The limits provided for social networks Telegram, Instagram and Facebook are available regardless of the main traffic.

-When distributing the Internet via Hot Spot, only the main traffic is consumed.

4. The limits provided under tariff plans are not available for subscribers in roaming.

5. “Qo‘qonim” tariff plan subscribers have access to the following services: “You`ve got a call” (30-day option), New Monthly Internet packages, Unlimited Ucell Internet packages in the underground (only the “Unlimited for 30 days” package), “Night Internet packages”, “Try 4G at night”, “TAS-IX Internet packages”, the “Al Chiroq” promotion (MB and SMS packages only), “Traffic+”: “YouTube”, “Google Play Market”, “Zoom”, “Cybersport”.

Until December 31, 2026, the “You`ve got a call” service is provided automatically on a free basis upon new connection to tariff plan “Qo'qonim”

6. Subscribers of “Qo‘qonim” tariff plan do not have access to the following packages: “Convenient minutes”, “Convenient within the network” and “Convenient within Uzbekistan”, Daily and weekly Internet packages, “Daily SMS packages”, the “We Appreciate You” loyalty program (and similar packages within the “We Appreciate You” loyalty program), “Night Internet”, “Ordered package”, “Hourly Internet” and the “Maximum access” and “Megabytes are returned” services.

7. Unlimited Internet traffic terms for OVVA TV:

• When connecting to the “Qo‘qonim” tariff plan, access to “OVVA TV” is provided by default.

• If the subscription fee for the tariff has not been written off, then access to the corresponding TV channels within the OVVA TV service is limited.

• The OVVA TV service is available only in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• The OVVA TV service is available via the Ucell mobile network, any other operator or internet provider, and any Wi-Fi network. Internet traffic from other operators or internet providers will be charged according to their terms.

• When using OVVA TV through proxy servers, VPN or intermediary sites, the cost of traffic is paid according to the cost of Ucell-Internet under the terms of the tariff plan, or the traffic is debited from the balance of the existing Internet package provided to all directions.

• Access to TV channels is provided in the OVVA application, as well as on the ovva.uz website, subject to payment of a subscription fee according to the tariff.

8. Unlimited internet traffic terms for “Yandex Plus”. This unified subscription includes “Yandex Music”, “Kinopoisk”, “Yandex Books”, as well as cashback points for “Yandex Go”.

• Subscribe to “Yandex Plus”: Activate “Yandex Plus” to start enjoying all the benefits of your subscription. To do this:

• Follow the link https://plus.yandex.uz/ucell

• Enter your phone number

• Log in with your Yandex ID. You'll immediately gain access to Yandex Music, Yandex Books, and Plus points cashback on Yandex Go.

Terms:

• Access to Yandex Music, Yandex Books, and Plus points cashback in Yandex Go, which are part of Yandex Plus, is available on the “Qo‘qonim” tariff plan upon successful payment of the subscription fee for the tariff plan.

• When logging into Yandex Music, Yandex Books and Yandex Go, which are part of Yandex Plus, you must use the Yandex ID linked to your tariff plan number. Your subscription must be activated on the page plus.yandex.uz/ucell

• If the subscription fee for the tariff plan is successfully charged, the subscription will be assigned for 30 days from the date it was assigned. If there are insufficient funds in the personal account to cover the subscription fee for the tariff plan, the subscription will automatically go into pending payment mode and will be automatically renewed for another 30 days as soon as the subscriber's account has sufficient funds to cover the payment. In this case, the subscription term, if the monthly fee is successfully charged, will be set to the date it was last assigned.

• Within the “Qo‘qonim” tariff plan, when using the Yandex Go, Yandex Music, Yandex Books and Kinopoisk applications, Internet traffic is not consumed from the current Internet packages in the tariff.

• When using Yandex Go, Yandex Music, Yandex Books, and Kinopoisk applications while roaming, Internet traffic will be charged according to the zonal roaming tariffs.

• When using services included in Yandex Plus through proxy servers, VPN or intermediary sites, the cost of traffic is paid according to the cost of Ucell-Internet under the terms of the tariff plan, or traffic is debited from the balance of the existing Internet package provided to all destinations.

• To avoid wasting internet traffic after connecting the service, you must end the internet session by disabling mobile data, then re-enable the internet session.

• In the event of switching to a different tariff plan, all terms of the “Yandex Plus” service remain available until the end of the deactivated subscription, while Internet traffic when using the Yandex Go, Yandex Music, Yandex Books and Kinopoisk applications will be charged according to the subscriber's tariff plan, or traffic will be debited from the balance of the existing Internet package provided to all destinations.

• When switching to a tariff plan with a Yandex Plus subscription or using the Restart service, access to services included in Yandex Plus is reset to zero and new access rights are assigned according to the tariff plan.

• Activation of the separate “Yandex Pus” service (Paid subscription and Free subscription for 90 days) is not available on the tariff plan.

• Not all content on Kinopoisk is available with a “Yandex Plus” subscription.

• Access to the “Yandex Books” service for subscription users is provided in accordance with the service rules.

• When re-registering a number, the “Yandex Plus” subscription must be activated on the page plus.yandex.uz/ucell

• Smartphones by default consume mobile data in the background: for system updates, app updates, synchronization of widget data (weather, calendar, etc.) and social networks, as well as for analytics counters (Google, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic to these destinations is charged according to the Ucell Internet price under the terms of the tariff plan, or traffic is deducted from the balance of the existing Internet package provided for all destinations.

• The terms of unlimited Internet traffic provided within the framework of services included in “Yandex Plus” do not apply when distributing Internet traffic via an access point (Hotspot) of a smartphone or other devices.

9. Unused limits received within the tariff plan are not carried over to the next month, provided that the subscription fee for the tariff plan is written off on time, as well as after changing the tariff plan.

10. Subscribers using Internet services are advised to familiarize themselves with Additional information about the funds reservation system and the features of the 4G network.

11. To avoid fraudulent connections, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with the subscriber if the outgoing traffic within 30 days after connection is close to 0.
